Once you reach out to them, they provide an expected timeline, and they stick to it. They are also very quick in their turnaround. One challenge I've found here in the Valley is that you need to call contractors several times before they pickup. This is not the case with Vincere. They are very proactive in reaching out and following-up. Second, their quality of work is excellent. You can really trust that whatever work they are doing for you, it will be a top-notch work. Third, you can trust they are giving you the right quote. I never felt like I was given an insane quote. It always felt like the right price point. Fourth, they really listen to the customer, and make sure they understand their requirements. Once the job is done, they go over it to make sure everything was done properly. Mike deserves a special mention. He really listens to the customer requirements, and goes the extra mile to address them. Whenever there are challenges that arise, he is very articulate in explaining what the problem is, and providing a set of alternatives alongside their tradeoffs. Whenever Mike comes, I can be sure my problem will be fixed in the optimal way. Highly recommend them.

I went with another company initially, with a higher price point, because I thought I was getting an actual wrought iron product. Nick at Coachella Valley Custom Gate and Fence followed up with me and helped me figure out that I was misled by the provider I had chosen. His product was the same as the one that I selected (not wrought iron), but HIS PRICE WAS 30% LESS THAN THE COMPETITION! He and his team got the job done quickly, efficiently, with great communication and even better follow up and follow through. The fence looks great too. All good so far but the best experience was a follow up after I clipped the gate with a golf cart. I contacted Nick and he came out next day, fixed the gate, and sent me an invoice for $25. $25!!! You can't get a service call from a service provider these days for less than $150! To me this was an example of an honest company interested in providing service above and beyond the competition. We worked with Jesse and Scott to select the window of time, fine tuned the contract to reflect our agreement, paid the deposit, and we were "off to the races"! The crew showed up every day on time and ready work despite the 117 degree weather. They had an amazing attitude all day and we were grateful for the positive energy they brought to this project. Unfortunately, half-way through the project my husband and I had to return to Los Angeles. Jessee was sure we had selected the color samples, and he rolled-out a sample area for final approval. Once we left town, he sent us progress photos each day to be sure we were satisfied with the depth of color. Working with Jesse, his crew, and Scott was an absolute pleasure! Being a "yelper" I had done my research and I had read other reviews that weren't positive. I believe in any transaction, it's important that both parties work together IN ADVANCE of the transaction to be sure there is a clear understanding of the expectations (on both sides). In my case, Scott and I wen't back and forth to clarify the work schedule, the process, the expectations, limitations and such so that there would be no surprises on either end. The result was FANTASTIC. I will attach before/after photos and let their work speak for itself.

Early is great typically, but not pre7am without notice. 3) they were supposed to come back 30 min later but instead told some other company the builder also sent , to 'do everything and they would do what's left.' This cluster is thanks to the builder being grossly disorganized, but also due to their shabby workmanship. 4) so I message the owner to find out the color that I need to now run out and buy for the other company and he says Swiss coffee when it's in no way a cream color. I ask what formulation and there's no reply. One of the workers calls their former co-worker and finds out that its flat bright white and 'painters edge' which as it turns out, is only sold in a store one town over. So second paint store stop I go all before 9am. If all of the above and white paint splatters and smears on dark grey tile sounds good to you, then this is the company for you. It may be because it was a new build without proper oversight and quality control, but I can assure you for my future painting projects, I would never contract with Rock Bottom painting.

I got "estimates" from two other paint companies (one begins with a Z): one basically told me over the phone if I was "looking for a cheap estimate then I should call somewhere else because he "paid for workers comp and it's expensive"--basically talked me out of even getting an estimate! The other company took VIDEO of my condo, told me he would email me a "detailed formal estimate", then I had to call two more times and finally got an INformal email (un-detailed) quote 2 days later of DOUBLE what Solid Rock would've charged. I ended up doing the painting myself because it was a pretty small job anyway, but I added Solid Rock Painting to our HOA Vendors List because Ken impressed me with their professionalism and great response!
