After dialing their number, then automatically being connected to their hold line & then having to listen to their music on it -- with still no person answering -- until a recording FINALLY (after way too long) came on instructing to leave a message & assuring a return call-- so I had to make numerous calls & repeat this process & left FOUR messages at different times over the past month - & NEVER once received a call back to at least acknowledge my call(s).. I assume that this entire practice has VERY POOR OFFICE MANAGEMENT & is extremely short-staffed & cannot accommodate their existing patients so why would i take the risk of any additional attempts, because if i were a patient & had a medical issue problem & needed an appointment, i would not even be able to speak to a staff member &/or contact my own doctor when being transferred to their hold line &/or message line & never receive a return call.. I am thus following up with this information to Medicare & to my health insurance provider & I am looking elsewhere for a more respectful and professional physician's group, or individually-practicing physician.

All they did was call me on the phone told me not to eat bread and to take it easy with high calorie foods. They also gave me a prescription for Metformin. So I got a second opinion and I was immediately given a blood meter and an increase in my prescription to help control my diabetes. Then over the next four months I made repeated calls on the phone and in person to get my medical records but they were unable to give them to me. According to the clerical people was illegal for them to give them to me even though I paid for them. This is a very common response for clerical people in medical businesses, yet there is no such law. I should consider myself lucky that I did not have my foot amputated or suffer some other unforeseen event due to this lack of follow-through, and being left at the mercy of clerical people instead of a doctor. Whiting Medical Associates is an affiliate of Robert Wood Johnson Hospital home I finally had to go to to get my records. I wonder how many other people suffered the same fate as I did with Whiting Medical Associates in Whiting New Jersey. This is very dangerous and unprofessional.

When I walked into the office I was thrown back into my childhood, the 60's, noticing the old style medicine cabinet and a desk. I can say with not a doubt in my mind this has been the finest doctor and staff I've ever visited in my 56 years. I have MS, diabetes and many spine surgeries so I've seen a lot. The Doctor's staff, and I mean every one, is not only super professional but it is so obvious that the entire team cares about one thing... your good health and care. Dr. Crisan is bang on every single time. Several months ago I was in a lot of pain and really pretty sick. Dr. Crisan was right on top of it and began his process of eliminating what it could be by a serious of tests whereas we found a Common Bile Duct Stone.
