I cannot begin to describe the amount of time they have invested in making sure my partner and I are in good health as well as working with the numerous insurances we have had over the years. As far as Dr. DiPaolo, I don't have any negative, even constructive criticism for her. She is extremely easy to talk to, truly wants to help and is no bs (which we REALLY appreciate). She will do anything she needs to get you in tip top shape. I would now refuse to see anyone but Dr. DiPaolo... Best family doctor's office I have had the pleasure to a patient of.

We (hubby & I) were assigned this practice by our health insurance provider to register with as new…read morepatients. After dialing their number, then automatically being connected to their hold line & then having to listen to their music on it -- with still no person answering -- until a recording FINALLY (after way too long) came on instructing to leave a message & assuring a return call-- so I had to make numerous calls & repeat this process & left FOUR messages at different times over the past month - & NEVER once received a call back to at least acknowledge my call(s).. I assume that this entire practice has VERY POOR OFFICE MANAGEMENT & is extremely short-staffed & cannot accommodate their existing patients so why would i take the risk of any additional attempts, because if i were a patient & had a medical issue problem & needed an appointment, i would not even be able to speak to a staff member &/or contact my own doctor when being transferred to their hold line &/or message line & never receive a return call.. I am thus following up with this information to Medicare & to my health insurance provider & I am looking elsewhere for a more respectful and professional physician's group, or individually-practicing physician.

I scheduled a visit with Whiting Medical Associates in June of 2021. They scheduled a blood test…read moreand the results came back that I had type 2 diabetes. All they did was call me on the phone told me not to eat bread and to take it easy with high calorie foods. They also gave me a prescription for Metformin. So I got a second opinion and I was immediately given a blood meter and an increase in my prescription to help control my diabetes. Then over the next four months I made repeated calls on the phone and in person to get my medical records but they were unable to give them to me. According to the clerical people was illegal for them to give them to me even though I paid for them. This is a very common response for clerical people in medical businesses, yet there is no such law. I should consider myself lucky that I did not have my foot amputated or suffer some other unforeseen event due to this lack of follow-through, and being left at the mercy of clerical people instead of a doctor. Whiting Medical Associates is an affiliate of Robert Wood Johnson Hospital home I finally had to go to to get my records. I wonder how many other people suffered the same fate as I did with Whiting Medical Associates in Whiting New Jersey. This is very dangerous and unprofessional.

At first I was a bit shocked. Not a computer in the place, not at reception, not in any office and everything done the old fashioned way, paper records. When I have an appointment in Whiting my medical record is transferred from his Lacy office to this one. When I walked into the office I was thrown back into my childhood, the 60's, noticing the old style medicine cabinet and a desk. I can say with not a doubt in my mind this has been the finest doctor and staff I've ever visited in my 56 years. I have MS, diabetes and many spine surgeries so I've seen a lot. The Doctor's staff, and I mean every one, is not only super professional but it is so obvious that the entire team cares about one thing... your good health and care. Dr. Crisan is bang on every single time. Several months ago I was in a lot of pain and really pretty sick. Dr. Crisan was right on top of it and began his process of eliminating what it could be by a serious of tests whereas we found a Common Bile Duct Stone. The Doctor's staff worked like lighting to get my insurance referrals and then transferred my records to the Gastro Doctor without delay. Again, the best doctor and staff I've ever had. Give me old school with extensive knowledge and a kind staff anytime. You can't go wrong here.

I called and was told as long as I'm here by 1:15 I will be seen. And I made sure that I was here before 115, I arrive and Olivia The nurse practitioner refused to see me because she was too busy. Mind I was the only person in the waiting room and there was one person being seen so it's not like it was really busy. To deny me urgent care services because of your poor time management is not appropriate. I chose this provider because of the urgent care on the weekends. I am very busy and unable to make most doctors appointments during the week and that's why I chose this provider I am literally disappointed and very upset with the way this Olivia nurse practitioner is handling the urgent care. I will be making a formal complaint. There's no reason to deny me services there's nobody waiting to be seen and I was here before closing in ample time to be seen. I'm really disgusted.
