She is not only an excellent internist but also a skilled diagnostician. Knowing she responds to our calls, even during off hours, gives us peace of mind. We're also grateful to Michele, the office manager. My husband has a fear of needles, and when he goes into the office for his lab work, Michele makes him feel as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend Dr. Zimmerman's practice. No matter the illness, our family is pleased with her care.

She received payment for this. I made an appointment to see her telling receptionist I had a clogged ear and needed basic check up. The snotty receptionist said they would not look at my ear. I waited 3 weeks to see doctor the only opening was a Friday at 4pm I had to change around many things in my week for this HOPING she would look at my ear. The DAY BEFORE the snotty receptionist called and said I couldn't be seen by Dr. Buerano the reason... I'd never seen her before it didn't matter I'd had her as my primary doctor and to go ahead and complain to United Healthcare if I wanted.... Well I'm telling you now they're running a scam. Not only are they lazy and won't do basic GP things like ear irrigation but they will cancel on a moments notice and if you are assigned by your INSURANCE PLAN DO NOT COUNT ON THIS DOCTOR. Run drop them immediately. I called another office in brick within 4 days I had an appointment to get an ear irrigation and 2 weeks a follow up with full wellness checkup. This place is just a scam looking to capture monthly stipends from insurance companies. Move on. Sign up with another doctor right away!

We like her, but her receptionist leaves much to be desired. We schedule our visits together and in a couple of instances, I was scheduled and my wife was not, and vice versa. The latest incident happened this week. I call the doctor's office to have a new prescription for Atorvastatin, one of my medicines. The receptionist said she will fax the prescription to my pharmacy. After two days, I did not get a text from my pharmacy to indicate my prescription is ready, as this is usually what happens. I called the pharmacy and they told me the prescription was not received from my doctor. I called the doctor's office and talked to the receptionist. She told me it may take from 24-48 hours for the pharmacy to receive the prescription, although it has been more than 48 hours since I called. Clearly, the prescription was not sent. Sadly, because of the chronic incompetence and haughtiness, we will stop going to the doctor because of her nasty and incompetent receptionist.
