This provider was extremely rude, dismissive of my needs and lacked empathy. In my opinion she does not belong working with patients. She's certainly not pleasant and she made me feel like I didn't matter. She only addressed half of my health concerns so now I have to make an additional appt. I can not just keep going back and forth to the Dr. I have other things to deal with but she didn't seem to care about anything but herself. I told her I needed a refill on my iron supplements because I'm anemic. I've been to the ER multiple times and got diagnosed by my regular PCP as well but she failed to look at my chart properly and told me to do blood work for "supplements" although I am a vegetarian and I was given the supplements before without any issues. She made me feel like I didn't matter and my time isn't valuable. This provider also would not write me a letter for my program which I needed done. Other people I know had no issue with it. She flat out refused with a nasty attitude and no explanation. She was extremely unpleasant and rushed me through like she wanted to get rid of me. Nobody should be made to feel like they aren't important and their needs don't matter. I'd avoid any appts with Michelle Eisenhaur at all costs. I do not want to be treated by her again.

Mind I was the only person in the waiting room and there was one person being seen so it's not like it was really busy. To deny me urgent care services because of your poor time management is not appropriate. I chose this provider because of the urgent care on the weekends. I am very busy and unable to make most doctors appointments during the week and that's why I chose this provider I am literally disappointed and very upset with the way this Olivia nurse practitioner is handling the urgent care. I will be making a formal complaint. There's no reason to deny me services there's nobody waiting to be seen and I was here before closing in ample time to be seen. I'm really disgusted.
