I moved to my new location approx. 1 year ago and found Dr. Crisan and as I need a PCP more now…read morethen ever decided to give up my 1 hour drive to my old PCP and give Dr. Crisan a try. At first I was a bit shocked. Not a computer in the place, not at reception, not in any office and everything done the old fashioned way, paper records. When I have an appointment in Whiting my medical record is transferred from his Lacy office to this one. When I walked into the office I was thrown back into my childhood, the 60's, noticing the old style medicine cabinet and a desk. I can say with not a doubt in my mind this has been the finest doctor and staff I've ever visited in my 56 years. I have MS, diabetes and many spine surgeries so I've seen a lot. The Doctor's staff, and I mean every one, is not only super professional but it is so obvious that the entire team cares about one thing... your good health and care. Dr. Crisan is bang on every single time. Several months ago I was in a lot of pain and really pretty sick. Dr. Crisan was right on top of it and began his process of eliminating what it could be by a serious of tests whereas we found a Common Bile Duct Stone. The Doctor's staff worked like lighting to get my insurance referrals and then transferred my records to the Gastro Doctor without delay. Again, the best doctor and staff I've ever had. Give me old school with extensive knowledge and a kind staff anytime. You can't go wrong here.

She is not only an excellent internist but also a skilled diagnostician. Knowing she responds to our calls, even during off hours, gives us peace of mind. We're also grateful to Michele, the office manager. My husband has a fear of needles, and when he goes into the office for his lab work, Michele makes him feel as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend Dr. Zimmerman's practice. No matter the illness, our family is pleased with her care.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have had both corticosteroid injections and radio frequency ablation now and then when I need it. They have been game-changers for me. You can opt for anesthesia, but you need to go to the Whiting Center to do that. Try to get an early appointment. If you're looking to abuse painkillers, forget it. They make you bring the goal to each visit and they count the pills. Not an issue for me but it may be for others.

But that's ok if I have to sit there like a schlump for hours but if I show up 10 minutes late they make a federal case out of it Not too mention the fact that convicted fraudster Jani lowered the dose of my meds without my knowledge or consent I confronted him and he just backpeddeled and continued to do it. So I complained to their Office Manager who seemed to take it seriously and I never had to see him again. Also Dr Jani has had his license suspended previously for fraud This is all a matter of public records look it up. He had some shady deal going with a pharmacy in Newark where they were bilking Medicare( Fraud) and eventually got caught These are the kind of people they employ And their receptionist is a SEE you next Thursday Stay away A big money grab from people with really suspect ethics.or none at all Follow the money.
