Outstanding Service from JCL!…read more I hired JCL for an exterior painting project after hearing great things from several neighbors in my HOA-managed community. From start to finish, Jesus, Jose, and his team were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Dealing with HOA restrictions can be a hassle, but Jesus made it a smooth process by providing sample color swatches and helping navigate the approval. Communication was seamless throughout. The contract was clear, modern, and sent via DocuSign, making everything quick and easy. Jesus is also punctual and reliable--the crew consistently arrived at my house before 8am, ready to start work. One thing that made JCL stand out was how Jesus managed the rental for the scaffold (I live in a three-story house). This was a huge relief for me since other companies I got quotes from wanted me to arrange the scaffold rental myself--way too much hassle! The end result was fantastic. After the project was completed, I noticed a couple of minor touch-ups, and they promptly came out to address them without hesitation. Their customer service is excellent, and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. One of the coolest things they did was a before-and-after aerial drone video to showcase the new coat. It was such a nice touch! I was so happy with the results that I referred Jesus to a couple of neighbors, and JCL ended up working on dozens of homes in our HOA community. I also recommended them to a friend who lives outside the HOA, and he was just as happy with the end result! If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and easy-to-work-with painting company, JCL is the way to go!

Received multiple quotes and started to exchange communication with multiple companies. Moises from "Brix Painting Company" responded promptly and answered all my questions without any fuss. He also helped me make some decisions regarding the equipment and parts and provided general recommendations. The price was very very reasonable as I wanted this project done hourly than by task as some of the tasks are very small. I initially hesitated because the company appeared new and did not have any reviews on yelp but I made the right decision here. Regarding job itself, it was superbly done and I am more than happy with it. Hence this review. I strongly recommend anyone who is needs repairs at home to not hesitate to engage with Moises and Brix for their work. One thing I enjoyed is the knowledge Moises shared with me while doing the repairs which made me feel comfortable and confident about his work. Will definitely be using Brix for my future needs. Some of the repairs done are installing exhaust fans for bathrooms, minor plumbing, caulking, lighting fixes and other smaller items.
