I have used Certipro several times and each time the results were as expected, perfect. This week I had them do baseboards, doors and doorframes. Everything was clean and shiny, they cleaned up everything after they were done, and completed ahead of schedule. The two painters were also very friendly. And the price is always very fair. read more

Called them for a small job. The staff was professional and they left my room looking brilliant.

When you hire someone to do work on your home, a lot of times they give you a quote that is reasonable but then kill you on the "extras". CertaPro painters came up with lots of extras, but they didn't come up with extra charges. They even painted my mailbox! These are people you can trust to do a really good job, quickly and in a way that causes the least inconvenience to you. I will recommend them to friends and family. read more

Great experience overall. The crew was very professional and the results were amazing. The price was very fair. I had gotten several quotes and CertaPro was very reasonable for what they offered. For sure I will be a client for life. read more

Every thing was done on time and budgetary variations were discussed and solved to our complete satisfaction I rate them excellent

This is the second time Steve and his crew have painted our house and did another excellent job. They do careful work and keep the work site tidy. I was worried because we just installed new impact windows. Steve kept his promise the windows remained spotless. Our house is also nearly 100 years old, so lots of wear and tear and funky corners. The crew made it look better than ever. Bonus: they work fast. Will definitely use them again. read more

Steve did such a wonderful job on the painting of our house. He was extremely professional and did everything in the time frame described. Getting him on the phone was easy and the process was so smooth, from the moment we called for a quote, to the detailed quote we were so impressed with the professionalism. Our house got a very much needed refresh with new paint. Even with Covid Steve was always wearing a face mask when he came practiced wonderful social distancing. read more

I had been referred to Steve and Certapro when I was looking to paint my home. I'm glad I went with that recommendation! Every part of the process was handled professionally. Everything was done timely, in the time lines promised, and in the manner agreed. I'm picky and they delivered an outstanding final product. I highly recommend this company for your paint needs in Miami. read more

We were very satisfied. I recommend them highly. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They also cleaned up after themselves

Steve and his team are honestly the best company we have dealt with with in Miami for home improvements. We've all had experiences with companies who don't come through or do a half-decent job (or worse). CertaPro was extremely responsive to request, came to check out the property and have a very fair quote for a big job. Steve even helped me out with another unrelated issue when he came to the house. The home came out amazing! Would highly recommend! read more

Just had our home interior repainted with CertaPro, they were very professional and took care to make sure the house was always left clean. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done in a timely fashion and looked great. read more

It was a pleasure working with Steve and his team. From getting initial quotes to completion of the job it was done in a timely manner. Steve performed the initial assessment of the property and was very attentive and responsive to the work that I wanted done on the property. His crew was available to start as soon as i wanted. Total job of the entire house including ceilings took 2 full days. The crew was detail oriented and took their time when needed. I would highly recommend Steve and his crew to anyone in need of painting services. read more

High quality interior painting at a reasonable cost. Steve, the franchise manager, was in constant contact with the management company regarding necessary insurance requirements as well kept me about job progress, etc. can highly recommend read more

UPDATE on my initial review in 2018: You can tell Steve really doesn't care about his customers because after pointing out his deficiencies and posting my less than stellar review, he never responded and STILL sends mailers to my house asking for my business since I'm a "valued customer"! Also as more time goes by, I see more areas where his subs did a poor job; brush strokes on different color surfaces, over spraying, or pealing paint. read more

My interior painting--from May 2019-is already peeling in the bathroom and kitchen. The painter removed a pot rack before painting the kitchen. Could not get it back up. Pushed the long screws that held it in place through the wall and into my electrical box. I had to bring an electrician in for repair and replacement of electrical conduits. Crickets from CertaPro. The job was very rushed. I was told there would be two painters. I ended up with one--who was very nice but quite rushed. Problems are with company, not painter. Had he had another day or a little help, I think the results would've been quite different. read more

Very responsive and overall great value. Painters showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Overall great experience

I was asked by my real estate clients to source and coordinate the repair and painting of a 22 ft gallery wall in their condo that had 40 framed photos hanging on it prior to the closing on the property to the new buyers. I called Steve with the specs for this "small" job. While the job was too small for others, Steve was quick to respond with a cooperative attitude and provided me with a quote and his availability for the work. My clients were thrilled with the quote and hired Steve. Steve came as scheduled, did the work and a bit more from what I understand, and the job was completed in such a way that no one would ever know there were 40 holes on the wall that were filled and then painted. The wall looked as if it never had anything hanging on it. I will ABSOLUTELY use Steve again and recommend him to anyone who needs a professional painter for a job that is small or large as he is a true professional who takes pride in his work and is easy to work with. Thank you Steve! read more

Fantastic work. Steve and his team were professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely use them for future projects.

CertaPro does a great job. They painted the interior and exterior of my house. They are great at communicating and the product is excellent.

Painted entire corner apartment in 3 days. Responsive and efficient. Overall great job - will be hiring again.

Great experience and quality work. Looking forward to my next painting project.

They have been reliable, professional, attentive to all our requests. The price was fair and their job flawless. As a eyewear luxury company we couldn't be happier with the great Job that Steve and his team did for us! read more

We met Steve Vertesch at the Miami Home show. We were impressed with him and his presentation from the start. There were many painting contractors at the show but Steve and CertaPro stood out. We did have a few come to the house for an estimate. Steve's presentation was very professional and we knew we would select him to paint our house. We were replacing our roof so we had to schedule after roof completion. And we were going to replace all the windows and doors. The window and door project kept getting pushed back. Since we replaced all the wood soffit and fascia, we needed to get the new wood soffit and fascia painted since it was bare. Steve worked with us to only have it painted and leave the house for later. Now we're ready to select the color for the house. We were not finding the perfect color in Sherwin Williams color palette. We we talked to Steve about this, he said he also can work with Benjamin Moore. We found the perfect color and were very happy we had this choice. The whole house painting process was smooth and professional. We knew if any issues came up, CertaPro and Steve would resolve quickly. We love how our house now looks thanks to Steve and his associates! I would highly recommend Steve Vertesch and his CertaPro team. read more

Sloppy preparation. I hired Steve and he gave me a sub contractor. Unfortunately the painters painted my dining room the wrong color three times. They pulled out my refrigerator and the water line was cut and flooded my entire downstairs of my home I just purchased. Still under construction and it was almost a year later from all the damage the people Steve hired did. Very upsetting and disappointing. On top of that when I had to clean up the mess of paint cans they left I come to find out I paid and was told it was Sherwin Williams paint and it was paint from the Home Depot. I paid for the job that was never completed. read more

I made a last-minute request to have my apartment painted. Steve and his team were very responsive, got the job done well and followed up as well. I would highly recommend them. read more

Save your money and time and do it yourself. Steve hires subs and does not manage them, so it's up to you anyway. A real disappointment and a waste of time and money. read more

The professionalism and quality of service provided by CertaPro Painters was superior. Steve provided unmatched customer service during the estimate phase of the project while Darrian provided exceptional leadership managing the project to completion. I had approximately 50% of my interior home painted. The remaining walls were recently painted and did not require additional painting. This included Living Room, Hallways, Kitchen, Stairwell (High Ceiling), and Master Bedroom. The entire project was completed ahead of schedule in one day. All CertaPro Painters provided outstanding customer service were more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite the level of comfort I had with the three painters on site, I greatly appreciated Steve's follow up and personal visit during the project. CertaPro painters fell in the middle of comparable cost estimates, but the value of the service provided was unparalleled. CertaPro Painers will be my first call when moving forward with Condo Association external building painting in the near future. read more
