My interior painting--from May 2019-is already peeling in the bathroom and kitchen. The painter removed a pot rack before painting the kitchen. Could not get it back up. Pushed the long screws that held it in place through the wall and into my electrical box. I had to bring an electrician in for repair and replacement of electrical conduits. Crickets from CertaPro. The job was very rushed. I was told there would be two painters. I ended up with one--who was very nice but quite rushed. Problems are with company, not painter. Had he had another day or a little help, I think the results would've been quite different. read more

We met Steve Vertesch at the Miami Home show. We were impressed with him and his presentation from the start. There were many painting contractors at the show but Steve and CertaPro stood out. We did have a few come to the house for an estimate. Steve's presentation was very professional and we knew we would select him to paint our house. We were replacing our roof so we had to schedule after roof completion. And we were going to replace all the windows and doors. The window and door project kept getting pushed back. Since we replaced all the wood soffit and fascia, we needed to get the new wood soffit and fascia painted since it was bare. Steve worked with us to only have it painted and leave the house for later. Now we're ready to select the color for the house. We were not finding the perfect color in Sherwin Williams color palette. We we talked to Steve about this, he said he also can work with Benjamin Moore. We found the perfect color and were very happy we had this choice. Sloppy preparation. I hired Steve and he gave me a sub contractor. Unfortunately the painters painted my dining room the wrong color three times. They pulled out my refrigerator and the water line was cut and flooded my entire downstairs of my home I just purchased. Still under construction and it was almost a year later from all the damage the people Steve hired did. Very upsetting and disappointing. On top of that when I had to clean up the mess of paint cans they left I come to find out I paid and was told it was Sherwin Williams paint and it was paint from the Home Depot.
