I truly felt profiled and discriminated against during the entire situation. Afterward, I posted a Google review and tried many times to contact the manager, but my calls never resolved anything. Eventually, their lawyer contacted me and asked me to remove the review, saying they would have the staff go through training. However, that did not resolve the harm that was done, because the experience left me traumatized.
