So I went first to the arcade to have some fun. I bought 5 $ token to play a game. After an hour I went to the cinema to watch some movies. I spent 2 hours watching an amazing movie. After that I went to the food court to eat some food since it's already noon and I'm starving already. I ordered a chicken that had spaghetti and some fries. I also ordered a burger and some soda for my drinks. I enjoyed a lot my food it's delicious and yummy. After I ate I went shopping and I had an amazing time shopping since I bought good quality clothes. I will definitely be back here again.

You have to schedule an appt with specific specialist. They have different departments, like fixtures, kitchens, tiles, etc. You have to call ahead and set up time with one of them to work through your project. Sure you can walk in and look around, but it isn't set up to just expect a "normal" retail experience when that's not the model. I will say this is they do have someone at reception and they should provide guidance for those people that walk in blind and with the wrong expectations. I don't know why that wouldn't have happened. For me... We went in with an appt. The first lady we spoke to was very flustered and unhelpful. I don't remember her name, but she soon passed us onwards for an awesome person who has been an amazing help. She did a full bathroom renovation design in working within our needs. She sketched it all out on a design program and that has helped us finalize and make selections for everything else in the bathroom. She went way above and beyond in terms of helping us with design decisions for tiles, bathroom fixtures, etc. even though the cabinet / vanity is her area of expertise. Btw, her name is Beata and she's awesome. Then she handed us over to Pawel in the bathroom fixtures area and he was also awesome in terms of helping us pick a tub, tub filler, faucets, sinks, etc. He made sure things matched and that we kept our costs low. Really knowledgeable and patient with us and went through multiple complete quotes with us to arrive at our final order. The above is probably after 3-4 trips with appts each time and finally having items, colors, and selections finalized. If you do have precise measurements of your bathroom, that's a critical starting point. If you have sample tiles, etc. all of that is critical to being with you as she can only help you if you guide the direction. One other thing I'll say is as far as I can tell, this is a decent way to work with some specialists without paying an extra arm and a leg. This is the only place I know of that has the added design and recommendation services without up-charging big-time. I will say that we haven't received any of the items we've ordered yet and they're not due to arrive until later, but my above review is for the sales and ordering process. Hoping it all turns out well and looking fwd to this bathroom renovation being complete.

There's about three floors that are similar to a mall with multiple shopping areas and a food court. There is one sit down restaurant that has a huge bar and views over the river. If you're staying at the Holiday Inn downtown or the Voco downtown, there's a convenient walkway over the street so you don't even need to go outside. The food court has a huge variety of quick service restaurants: salads, barbecue, sushi, Chinese, sandwiches, and fried chicken. Multiple restaurants allow you to order food ahead and pick it up so you don't have to wait in long lines. Most of the building is office space so if you're here around 8 or 9 AM, lunchtime, or 4 to 6 PM, it's crazy busy. There are a couple entrances that have those rotating doors. My first morning here I was entering from the street level through one of those and a lady behind me came and pushed the door really fast. It was all I could do to step out the door without having to go around again. She then rushed by me and almost ran up the escalator. She must have been late for work compared to me, a wandering tourist. If you're in the area, check this place out.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had with T-Mobile. When I walked in, there were three employees in the store and another who appeared to be on break looking at phone cases. I was not greeted, acknowledged, or offered any help for about 15 minutes. Eventually, an employee approached me. I explained my situation, and she told me she could not help me and that I had to go online to file the claim myself. When I later called T-Mobile directly, I was told that store representatives are in fact able to help customers file claims. That means this employee chose not to assist me, which is extremely disappointing. I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 9 years (and before that a Sprint customer). I expect at least basic courtesy and accurate information when I visit a store. This location failed at both. Customer service is about helping the customer, not making them feel like they are a burden. No one was willing to do their job to assist. Sadly, I will not be returning to this store and I hope management takes steps to retrain their staff!
