They have 2 desks in the front office, but in their mind people can simply wait for one person to help them. Oh, and unapologetic for any of it... Apparently, they feel superior (lots of people recommend them) and don't need to work for anyone's hard earned money. If you can get T-Mobile get T-Mobile... If you can get ANY other Internet, do it. When there is an infrequent outage it's usually due to a service disruption on the part of our local power utility, not Verde Valley Internet's control. Located in Chino Valley, PS&E has been providing satellite services since 1984. And yes, we actually still will work on the old "Big Dish" although it's use is severely limited. If you want to "cut the cable" and get away from DISH Network or Directv, we can install a local antenna for you too.
