If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. I know this place has a lot of good reviews, which is why I first came here, but based on my last experience here I will NEVER come here again and will make it a point to tell all of my friends to never come here. The service at this salon is garbage, and for someone who has been to many salons over the years I have never received a service as bad as this one. They stopped my sister's manicure HALF WAY through getting her shellac removed in order to seat a customer who was clearly a regular (they knew her by first name and we heard her come in and ask if it was a bad time for a drop in manicure), and DID NOT have an appointment, but they lied to us by telling us she did have an appointment, and since we didn't they made my sister sit in a stool for 30 minutes with acetone on her fingers (which is far longer than it should be on anyone's fingers for) while they waited for the next nail tech to be free. If they could not accommodate a walk in, they shouldn't have taken us. Then when my sister told them her nails were now burning from the acetone and showed them that her fingers were turning white, they ignored us. I even asked my nail tech to stop painting my nails in order to remove my sister's, and she also ignored me. Another customer beside us also chimed in and said that her nail tech could stop her nails to remove my sister's as well since her fingers are burning, which they also ignored. After ignoring us, they then did a half assed job, 40 minutes later, removing them. She still had shellac on her fingers and the nail tech said they could not remove more because her nails were now too thin, a result of having acetone on her nails for 40 minutes. My sister then told them she no longer wanted her nails painted and to just remove the shellac, since it took way longer than we needed, we figured we would go to another salon instead to get our nails painted. I paid for my service when we left, but they then tried to charge us an extra 10 dollars for the shellac removal to which I told them I would not be paying for since they never actually gave us the service, but instead damaged my sister's nails and ignored her when she told them that she had pain from the acetone. They then rushed me out because other customers in the salon began agreeing with me and it looked bad on their part. The service here is awful, and when a customer is telling you they are in pain, it is very unprofessional to ignore them then try to charge them for a service they did not receive properly. read more
