She told me I could take the money and rules and shove it up my a**. Then proceeded to tell me I'm egotistical and a spoiled bit**. It is very disappointing the sunshine would allow a person like this to be a higher up in the leagues.

However, I want to give the staff (everyone of them) a HUGE KUDOS!!! Very very rarely in Southern Missouri do we find a place that is LGBTQ+ friendly. We either deal with rude people, stares, etc. but we didn't have to deal with that here tonight. It was like we fit in like everyone else. Not one person looked down on us, talked rude to us or anything. There were lots of LGBTQ+ people there and it was just really nice to have a place that we feel welcomed too. Thank You'!!!!!

The alley has some great staff, but smells like smoke when you come in as smoking is allowed…read moreinside. The ceiling tiles are all yellow from it. The score displays are very old, the lanes are old and some malfunction a lot. They do have a juke box to play music, though two out of threes times I went, nothing was playing. The time they did have stuff playing it never stopped so it was nice, I don't think anyone was paying for it to play. Last, almost the entire alley is battleship grey.

I'll give it a one star because zero isn't available. The first night I went here with my family it wasn't great. We came in late and paid for two games. We could have gotten our two games done in the hour or so of time we had before the place closed but almost every time someone bowled the lane we were on would mess up. Bowling pins kept getting shot out when they were being placed, sometimes pins would get placed and immediately get taken back by the lane again, and a good amount of the time nothing would happen after we finished bowling one of our turns and we would have to wait on one of the two people there to come over and reset our lane. I do get being busy and not having many people but their system for having to wait 5+ minutes sometimes every time some one bowls because the lane messes up so consistently does not work with just two workers on shift. We finally towards the end got moved to another lane next to us and had mostly no problems. We only had enough time to finish one game because of the lane delays and had the cost of the second one reimbursed to us through tickets for one free game for our family. We came back the next night a bit earlier and the experience was somehow even worse than before. We used our free game and bought one. We had a different lane than the ones from the night prior and this one was way worse. It was almost every single time or every other time someone finished bowling that the lane would go unresponsive for minutes on end and we would have to wait to bowl again till one of the two workers on shift were able to reset the lane. This, was also made extra slow because the only two workers on shift had to cover the whole place while it was busy. This may not have mattered if we could have swapped to a better lane or been able to reset the lane ourselves but neither of those options were presented. It took over 2 hours to just to get our two games finished because of the delays. I would never come back here again or spend another dime here. The two experiences were quite terrible and I do not recommend. One of the workers we spoke with even mentioned the lanes were all dated and machines in the back were old. If they aren't willing to make the proper updates to get the place running good then it doesn't need to be running at all

Parking is easy on the street. They're open Wednesday through Sunday, 4-11pm. Flat fee entry gets you credits all night. Pinball is still metered. But as long as they keep their pins running well I'll keep saving up quarters all year long just to bring them back to Springfield for family Christmas. Adults, the kids are alright. Kids, you're touching treasures. We like their shirts. They've got a print "Ugly Christmas Sweater" design right now that I just wish was actually in knit. Epic.

We ordered the hot honey chicken tenders. The pictures showed five tenders. We only got three. Bummer they also were not hot. It came with some macaroni and cheese. That was basically just noodles with some bacon sprinkled on top. There wasn't enough cheese sauce on it to even call it macaroni and cheese. That was disappointing. We also got the BLT, which was pretty good when you got a bite with bacon in it. I'm not sure we'll be back to this place. The honey mustard and ketchup were the best tasting things on the table
