Instead of making me feel reassured, it made me question why such a broad waiver was necessary in the first place. My first thought was, "If everything is as safe as it should be, why is a liability waiver needed?" Whether that's the intention or not, it created a negative first impression and made me less confident in the experience. The arcade and attractions looked fun at first, but several games were out of order, and the ones that did work weren't always functioning correctly. On top of that, the staff didn't seem interested in helping and often appeared overwhelmed or uninterested when customers had questions. The prices have also become outrageous. Incredible Food and Fun used to be an affordable place where families could spend an entire day without breaking the bank. Now, it feels like going there is something you have to save up for. Between the admission, games, food, and everything else, the cost adds up incredibly fast. For what you're paying, the quality of the experience simply doesn't justify the price.
