The owners, Julie and Mario, are beyond excellent. They are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and, most importantly, they communicate extremely well. Everyone I've dealt with there, including Gabby and the rest of the auto body team, has been great. This wasn't my first experience with Arlington, and both experiences have been extremely positive. A couple of years ago, I used them for a tow. I don't remember the driver's name, but he was very chill and laid-back. He showed up quickly, and I rode back to the shop with him. We talked the entire way, and it was about a 25-minute ride. Even then, I remember thinking how great the experience was. Fast-forward to now: my wife was involved in an accident, and I immediately told her, "We're taking it to Arlington." I called them the next day, and they had us bring the car in so they could look at it, coordinate with the insurance adjuster, and get everything started. We ended up dropping the car off the night before the adjuster came out, and they also helped set up a rental car through our insurance. Unfortunately, we had several issues with the rental company, which is a third-party company they work with. Every time something came up, I called Julie, and she took care of it. She would call me back, find out what was going on, and keep me updated. After the third issue with the rental company, she really went to bat for us, and the regional manager personally reached out to me to make things right. Throughout the entire repair process, Julie kept us updated on everything -- whether there were delays with parts, what the adjuster said, or if anything else came up with the vehicle. I never felt like I was left in the dark or had to chase someone down for information. Mario has been in the auto body business for over 40 years, and you can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. My wife and I were worried that the insurance company might total the car because of the mileage, even though it's a 2020. Mario reassured us that he didn't believe they would total it and explained that, after being in this business for so long, he knows how to work through these situations with insurance companies. He also explained several things about how insurance companies handle claims that I honestly never would have known. That gave both of us a lot of peace of mind knowing the car was in good hands -- especially with people who have the experience and knowledge to know what they're doing. One other thing I noticed while dealing with Arlington was seeing their grandchildren around the office. I know some people might look at having little kids in a workplace and think it isn't appropriate, but honestly, seeing how polite, respectful, and well-mannered they were really stood out to me. It gave me an even better appreciation for how family-oriented Julie and Mario are and the kind of people they are outside of just running a business. You can tell family is important to them, and I think that says a lot about the atmosphere they've created at Arlington. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Arlington Auto Body, Julie, Mario, Gabby, and the entire team. From towing to collision repair, they have been nothing but professional, helpful, and respectful. If I ever need auto body work again, Arlington will absolutely be my first call.
