The thought of getting a car in for repair, waiting for it, possibly having to buy a new car, it was all a lot. When you get great customer service and deal with an excellent employee it makes it seem a bit easier. TBH my car ended up being totaled - so I didn't need their services for repair. But - when I dropped my car off I got these emails with updates and an estimate of the cost almost immediately. I think that was most impressive for me - I'm not big on talking on the phone, so to get that information electronically was super convenient for me. I definitely would recommend.

Arlington Towing responded. I followed the driver to their lot expecting a routine tow and release process, but what followed was anything but professional. Their office environment was chaotic and inappropriate for a business setting, with children's toys scattered throughout and two very young children running around unsupervised while transactions were being conducted. After paying cash for the tow, I was immediately pressured to leave without receiving my correct change or the documentation I needed for AAA reimbursement. They also sent away my AAA driver without my consent, effectively canceling my roadside assistance. When I attempted to resolve the situation, staff refused to cooperate. They claimed they were closing and would not release my car, even though it had already been paid for, and left it locked behind their gate. Police had to be called and remained on scene while I waited for a second AAA driver to be dispatched. Only with police presence was I able to receive my correct change. Even then, Arlington Towing refused to provide any receipt or documentation for reimbursement. Staff also made false accusations to police that I was filming their children, which officers dismissed. Ultimately, my vehicle was released only after law enforcement intervened and stayed until AAA retrieved it. This experience raised serious concerns about professionalism, business practices, and basic consumer rights. I would strongly caution others to avoid this company if possible.
