Woke up to a broken water heater and I did not know what to do. I've heard great reviews about Jose and his company so I decided to give him a call. He was able to get to me within 30 mins to provide me with a quote. When he first arrived, he already knew exactly what needed to be done. Long story short, he was able to fix and bring everything up to code (my home is old and hasn't been updated) and he did it in such a timely manner. His work is clean and he explained the whole process. I'm so glad I was able to find a reliable, honest, fair priced plumber. I will always recommend Jose and his company! Highly recommend. Quick to respond, easy to schedule, fixed the problem professionally. Will be calling Jose again.

Great experience! Jose is wonderful and very knowledgeable about both indoor and outdoor plumbing. Our very old leaking spigots were fixed perfectly. read more

We could not be happier. Jose came out several times just to diagnose and gave us a fair estimate and was up front and very straightforward and communicative from the beginning. Very trustworthy. He did a great job and made sure to thoroughly make sure that everything was working and also explain what was happening to us so we can look out for it in the future. He does not push but definitely cares about his work and his clients. I can recommend him in full confidence and would happily hire him again. read more

I can't recommend Jose more highly. He was incredibly responsive, on time, and full of honesty and integrity. He came and spent ~30-45 min checking everything out and he came to realize that it was just our faucet head and a part of our water filter that wasn't working. He could have charged me for (a) coming to look and then (b) to fix it. Instead he said, honestly, these are really simple to install and fairly cheap at Home Depot, you could just buy it and install it yourself if you wanted. He charged me NOTHING. If I ever have another issue Jose will be my first call. read more

I purchased a washer which was installed incorrectly and we assumed a plumber was needed. The first said initially it was ok then purposely cut my drain hose and now it was going to be $1200. The next plumber said it was ok upon finding out my elderly mom didn't own the place now it was going to be $12000 (I wonder what my mom said to that man). I called Centro Plumbing thru Yelp and honestly he let us know the drain was fine. We look forward to calling him again for any plumbing needs. read more

I could not have asked for better service than that we received from Jose. I had a bad leak and couldn't find the source. Jose responded to my post immediately, and arranged to come out the next day when we were back in town. He quickly found several leaks in our irrigation system and repaired him. He was quick, competent, and reasonably priced. I would hire him again in a nanosecond! read more

Same day service was unexpected but very much appreciated. The work was completed and everything was explained to me. I will be having additional work done with them in the future. Highly satisfied and will recommend. Thank you. read more

Jose was v responsive and got the job done efficiently. would definitely call him again

Our 20-year-old faucet was leaking. I tried to repair it myself, but it was simply too worn out to salvage. I posted a project on Yelp, and within SECONDS, José texted me his recommendation. His price was extremely reasonable, and he was able to accommodate me by arriving in less than an hour. He examined the issue thoroughly, dashed out to buy the parts, was back in just a few minutes, and completed the replacement skilfully and efficiently. His final price was actually even lower than his initial estimate. I absolutely recommend José without hesitation or reservation. read more

I rarely write reviews, but Centro was amazing. Jose came on the same day, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly.

Jose came over for a free estimate because my sump pump wasn't turning on, when he arrived he inspected and what ever he did, the pump came on!!! This was in the middle of a storm and there was an accumulation of water under my house, WHAT A RELIEF when I heard the pump turn on and water being taken away, THANKS AGAIN JOSE!! read more

Wow. I don't even write reviews but wanted to do so for Jose. He came by the same day, evaluated two sink drains that were slow and a running toilet. He offered to fix immediately or come back because he didn't want his machine to wake my baby. How nice is that! He even independently identified that my other toilet would need to be fixed soon and brought the part and offered to fix it at the same time. He is knowledgeable, explained everything, and quoted me a fair price. All projects were fixed quickly and I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing help! read more

Jose was awesome. I got the sense when we first met that he really cares about doing things well and properly. I had to get some old plumbing replaced to install a water leak sensor/shutoff. Unfortunately, the bit of plumbing was embedded in some decorative brick. Jose came up with a great solution and did a fantastic job making it look neat and tidy. Truly above and beyond. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his work and it came through in the finished product. 10/10 read more

Jose did more job for me recently: installing automatic waterline shutoff valve (see the picture). This is a new thing, and, as he did previously, he did a great job, not leaks and looks great. The "auto" part through web-connection I did myself which is not his job. Again, I highly recommend him. read more

My water heater went out on a Tuesday night, I put in an inquiry on Wednesday morning for a new water heater while I was at work. Jose got ahold of me immediately, told me my options and by time I got home from work he was at my house installing my new Bradford White water heater. Very friendly and efficient work plus hauled away my old water heater. Highly recommended!! read more

Our commercial faucet needed to be repaired. Jose was on site the next day to evaluate and offer suggestions. Jose offered fair and transparent quotes for a couple of options. We ended up ordering a new unit and Jose was back on site as soon as it arrived. The new faucet works great. Great service at a competitve price. read more

Jose was a lifesaver! From the very beginning, Jose's communication was exceptional, from his first contact all the way through the repair he communicated with me. I reached out via Yelp late in the evening, and to my surprise, he responded promptly at 10 PM. He came to my house the very next day to assess my plumbing issues. Jose was not only fair with his pricing but also incredibly hardworking. He tackled two major drain blockages caused by old galvanized pipes that had accumulated rusty sediment over the years. Both of my sinks were completely backed up. Jose worked tirelessly to clear the sediment which was located much deeper into my drainage system than I could haven't reached with my own tools. I'm so grateful I found Centro Plumbing & Rooter. I recommend very highly. If you're looking for reliable, skilled, and dedicated service, look no further! read more

Amazing service. Jose was on time and professional. Him and his team were able to replace my sewer lateral pipe without cutting into the concrete in my garage. Will definitely contact him for all my plumbing needs!! read more

Jose was great to work with- he was responsive, explained things well, and always gave us long lasting solutions. We had to replace our galvanized steel pipes with copper ones which was estimated to take two days and his team did it in one. I really appreciated the final walk-through he gave us where he showed us everything that they did and explained why they did it. I would definitely recommend working with Jose! read more

Jose was prompt and professional, and more importantly he was transparent and honest. He worked hard to isolate the problem very quickly explaining everything clearly. He found the problem to be with the city sewer line and called the city on my behalf to have them come over and fix. He avoided inflating the work and cost and ended up saving me a lot of money compared to another company who quoted thousands of dollars to fix something that wasn't even broken. I highly recommend and would hire Jose anytime without hesitation. read more

I attempted a DIY project this morning, but couldn't figure out the "Y" portion so I had to send for help. I put out a request on yelp and Jose responded very quickly. Really fantastic experience working with Jose! Great responsiveness, great communication, great work, and great price. Feel like I got so lucky to land on Jose. Thanks again! And see you soon for the next work To be more specific. I had a burst irrigation pipe in the backyard that I could only turn off at the water main. Jose came down within the hour and got it fixed up soon after, and we had water again! read more

Jose responded to our Project promptly, and courteously (unlike some other responders). gave us a very reasonable estimate, and was able to get the work done the same day. stayed very close to the original estimate even when additional failed parts were discovered during the work, even though it required multiple trips out for parts. (he had some of the parts we ended up needing on his truck already, but there's no way he could have foreseen everything we found we needed.) reasonably quick, reasonably priced, pleasant to work with and the work seems to be great. we came away with the impression he went above and beyond, and would strongly encourage anyone to work with him. (we certainly will again.) bonus; he and our big dog were cool with each other. read more

To start off, I just have to give a huge shoutout to Jose for the amazing work he did fixing up my pipes and pointing out the damaged main pipe using his cool plumbing tools. Hired Jose to fix a leaking bathroom faucet. He reviewed my photos of the faucet, saw that it was not fixable, and recommended a full replacement. He was on time and completed the job quickly and thoroughly, making sure to install all parts available in the box. 'Twas the night before Thanksgiving and all through the bathroom water was leaking. A call went out to half a dozen plumbers through Yelp's project program and Centro Plumbing responded the fastest. Within 30 minutes he was on site assessing the issue and offering a fair price to remedy the holiday horror. He dashed to the store for parts before they closed and shortly thereafter returned to fix everything properly. I knew what the problem was and could have fixed it on my own, but did not have time with the holidays. So, I knew the true scope of what needed to be done and was glad when Jose addressed the problem and did not try to upsell me on other issues like some other plumbers. I'll definitely call him in the future for emergencies and just regular projects. read more

My bathtub was clogged in both bathrooms, and I also was experiencing a leak under our kitchen sink. Jose responded promptly. We set up an appointment for early the next morning and he arrived on time. He returned the next day completed the work and went above and beyond. He upgraded additional pipes because it was needed without charge. He was excellent to worth with and of recommend him highly. My basement shower began overflowing with wastewater one night so I sent out a request on yelp for an emergency plumber. Most of them told me they could come out tomorrow morning, but Centro Plumbing & Rooter responded quickly that they could be there in 20 minutes. I knew nothing about Centro Plumbing & Rooter before this, but I needed someone out immediately so I asked him to come by. I consider myself extremely lucky that a plumber as good and HONEST as Jose was the plumber who was able to come out immediately. Jose diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave a valiant effort to fix it. When he didn't have success, he pulled out his cameras and looked at my pipes and discovered a major issue due to a previous plumbers mistake. Despite it taking away work from him, Jose told me I needed to get that other plumber to pay to fix it because this wasn't right. Jose then spent the next few days coaching me on exactly what to say to this plumber and that plumber eventually came out and completely replaced his mistake on his dime. Jose saved me an enormous amount of money, and I truly can't thank him enough. He'll be my first call if/when I have plumbing issues in the future. read more
