Save your money and save your elevators because they will not service them but they will charge you a monthly maintenance fee - yet they will never service your elevator to keep them running . if they do happen to come out, they will miss diagnose costing you thousands of dollars for no repair. They are basically just taking your money..Its just short of a ponzi scheme...

Communication is horrible from every department and they do nothing to correct it. We pay a monthly invoice for maintenance, and it gets done whenever it's convenient for them. We gave them 6 weeks notice (which they should already know our inspection date since they have to do them yearly) for our annual safety inspections and they still did not get them done on time. This is the second year in a row they have not had this done in time. Customers should not have to continually request the service they are already paying for.

We were hoping for a company that could restore our elevator to its proper, functioning state. The work they did complete was great. The technicians on site were respectful, quick and knowledgeable about that particular part of the job. But later when we discovered that the elevator did not work as it did before, the technician refused to even come out and look at it. His telephone response to our issue was not only unacceptable, but highly unprofessional as well. After a few hours of my time, I was able to reprogram our elevator with very little effort - only the effort to research this elevator - something I am not a trained professional in dealing with. My honest opinion is that he could have had it back up and running within 30 minutes, given his professional background, had he even been slightly concerned with a happy customer. We will not use this company again.
