Michael was right on time to take a look at my treadmill. Within an hour he had diagnosed the…read moreproblems, called the manufacturer to see if parts were still available since it was so old, and gave us a quote. He also did something that made me trust him, even though we already did from a past visit. He suggested that the repair was probably too expensive for a machine that we may not be able to repair again in the near future because parts likely wouldn't be available. He could have made a lot more money if we had it repaired, but instead he gave us advice that made more sense for us. I asked if he knew of a service that would haul it away and recycle anything from it that could be recycled. He actually disassembled it and took many of the metal and other recyclable parts with him. That was all within the hour. His prices are extremely reasonable...I had called ahead and knew that it would have cost me more to drop it off myself at a recycler. This was so much easier and we had the peace of mind knowing that we were recycling something that couldn't be fixed and maintained in a cost effective way. Thanks so much Michael!

I bought an older Landice L7 and unfortunately the running belt was very loud, and although the…read moretreadmill was in excellent shape overall, it did need some serious work. I called Mike at SRT and he came over within a few days to take a look at it. Within minutes he determined that the deck had to be flipped and the running belt needed replacement. He got the belt ordered and installed within three days. Not to mention everything else he did with this treadmill. He made the thing run almost as if it was new. We found out later that the main controller board was flaky and the treadmill would randomly slow down and then resume to a normal speed. Mike had warned me about the older boards. He came back again and replaced the board with a newer unit at a VERY fair price. Mike is definitely a quirky guy, but in a very endearing way. He's super positive and philosophical. And he cares deeply about the quality of his work...like another reviewer said, he knows his stuff! I am guessing this dude could fix just about anything.
