Communication is horrible from every department and they do nothing to correct it. We pay a monthly invoice for maintenance, and it gets done whenever it's convenient for them. We gave them 6 weeks notice (which they should already know our inspection date since they have to do them yearly) for our annual safety inspections and they still did not get them done on time. This is the second year in a row they have not had this done in time. Customers should not have to continually request the service they are already paying for.
