Very pleased with Centrepoint !! You don't appreciate a good contractor until you've dealt with a bad one. These guys are GREAT. My garage was in pretty bad shape, partially due to just being old, and partially due to the poor craftsmanship of the previous contractor I hired before Centrepoint two years back. The GC at centrepoint recommended to upgrade the garage into a accessor dwelling unit and legally fix all the major problems. We got New foundation, new roof, mold removed and treated, new back wall construction, added side entry door, new wiring, new drywall, new bathroom. My ADU garage looks awesome now. Now the new converted garage is a guest house for relative and friends arriving out of town. This company had excellent customer service, always responded to my messages promptly often within 10 minutes or less. The GC came out multiple times per week to make sure everything was on schedule and going okay, and honestly it seemed like he would drop anything to come out if I had any questions or concerns about the project with me. My house was built in the 1950's, so I will more than likely have more projects in the future, and when I do, I will definitely call them up. read more

We recently had a much-needed roof replacement done on our home (flat roof). After interviewing no less than nine roofing companies, we decided on Centrepoint. One of the reasons - Alon. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and willingness to spend time answering all our questions at the first meeting left a big (positive) impression. We had subsequent questions and Alon was always willing to take the calls and the time to address our questions - providing solutions and options. Once the work began, Alon was on site pretty much every day. We had the newer-concept "cool roof" installed. Although there is an added cost for this type of roof, the pricing was reasonable and the work excellently completed. We recently had over 90-degree weather and were delighted that the extra cost paid off by having the interior of our home significantly cooler than before. If you're looking for: a.) quality work; b.) a communicative and reachable owner; c.) very competitive pricing; and an overall GREAT experience, give Alon a call. Bought a cool Spanish style home in Culver City a few years back and decided to convert my double car garage into an ADU but wasn't quite sure how to go about it. After doing some research I got a hold of CentrePoint through family recommendations that worked with them in the past. The project manager that met with me was Robert Goodman which explained to me the process of obtaining engineering plans and submitting drawings to the city for approval before starting the process of converting the garage into a living quarter. I decided to go through with converting my garage with Centrepoint and after 3 months the end project was completed a new bathroom, small kitchen studio style unit. Not only did TrendGreen do an exceptional tear-down and re-roof on my Mother's house and garage in Azusa, but they monitored and worked around 2 different storm systems. There had been an existing leak that needed attention, but Alan went onto the roof personally and into the attic and showed us pictures of the damages done on a 26 year old roof. I was impressed with the materials Alan recommended and the warranties they offered on the materials and workmanship. Alan was there almost daily during the work days, and also personally installed smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector in anticipation of city requirements. I helped hire them for my daughters' garage conversion into an accessory dwelling unit which we saw as a great investment for extra income. During the VERY Busy Rainy part of last month, Alan came out right away and gave us an estimate. He made some very useful suggestions and once we came to agreement, they began work right away.
