She was attentive and all ears as I told her our beautiful Canadel table was still not closing properly. She gave me Ron the Warehouse Managers direct number which I called the next day. We talked and I sent him our receipts and photo of the Canadel sticker under the table. He sent Jee to our home and by yesterday it was fixed! Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. I will feel very comfortable shopping at Cricklewood in future, as they are amazing all around! Thank you so much!

This gift store however is well distributed, with a nice bathroom items, frames, hooks, very mod flower vases, jewellery, Xmas ornaments, and lastly gag gifts. There is a nice assortment of ice cube trays from cold fish to frozen smiles. There are cool jazz swizzle sticks and there doesn't seem to be a lack of items made by Umbra. The most amusing area of the store however is the books that are for sale. With titles like "I Don't Give a Frock", "How can you tell your boyfriend isn't the anti-Christ"," How to be an everyday philanthropist", and "When housewives go bad". This again is an ideal gift store for that person that has everything, or if you don't really know the person you are shopping for, in all likelihood you won't go wrong by purchasing something here at Twisted Goods.

We have purchased some amazing plant arrangements in the past - but today we couldn't figure out what we wanted for a table we had just bought. We described the table and purpose to Jane Brown. Designer at the store. Jane showed us some vase and flower options and then designed and built the perfect arrangement just for us. With SO much to look at and so many unique home objects and accessories, I didn't know where to look first! Everything is compacted together so you have to move through the store slowly to ensure that you don't overlook any of the neat gizmos or gadgets. The items in the store are quite pricey however, but because they are so unique and because this was one of the only stores in the entire complex that carried stuff that I hadn't already seen in its neighbouring stores, I found this store to be especially refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. Overall, a very interesting store to peruse!

Luckily last night we were on their website and found the same pictures (Org. $390-$450) for $114 & $119. today we went to the store but they did not honour that price; instead, we were offered 10%...Basically they told me to FxxxOxx, in a polite way. From there i went to Lazyboy and found the same picture and guess what: THEY GAVE ME THE PAINTING FOR THE SAME ADVERTISED PRICE. (As advertised on home-evolution website). My wife and I, and my mom, spent almost over 20K in these stores in the last 6 months and after hearing this coming from the manager/Owner's daughter that they would only give us 10%; I ONLY WOULD LIKE TO QUESTION THEIR COMPANY's INTEGRITY. Today, they might have saved 400-500 from 3 pictures, but i can assure you they have lost thousands of dollars from us. My one Message to them: YOU HONOUR WHAT YOU ADVERTISE, THATS I!!! My ratings have gone DOWN due to this.

Imagine my excitement as I stumbled upon this store during my visit at Southcentre mall. First things first - I cannot believe how HUGE this store is considering it is INSIDE of a mall. It's GIGANTIC and it's got all the goods and all the glory of a free-standing Crate & Barrel store. Although the goods here are quite pricey, they are all creme de la creme and it's the kind of place you'd shop at after you've purchased your dream home. The best way I can describe Crate and Barrel is 'Williams-Sonoma' meets 'Pier 1 Imports'. They've got the greatest kitchen ware, but they've also got entertaining accessories, furniture, bedding and glassware. Crate & Barrel is a mammoth of a store and it somehow beckons my name every single time I am in its vicinity. It's pretty much a guarantee that when I buy that mansion I dream of, I'll be furnishing it with everything Crate & Barrel.
