(Don't ask how I did not know what I had done when I did it, but yes, the wedding party was great FUN.) I took them back to see if they could be fixed. Nothing could be done. Knowing that this was my fault, they gave me another set of the pants. Seriously??? In this day and age??? Taking a chance, I called the Chestnut Hill location and talked to Joe, who was filling in at the location. Let me tell you, for someone who is in full panic mode to talk to someone as knowledgeable, calm and willing to help was a God send. Joe took the time to listen to what I needed. He helped me with finding something that would work for the groomsmen and went above and beyond to make getting them shipped to me easy. I also spoke with Tim, who was friendly, knowledgeable and a tremendous help. Today, retailers of any size seem to be so focused on the amount of the sale to increase profit, they forget about what the customer actual needs. Milton's is not like that in my experience. They helped a guy from over 1100 miles away that is only going to spend $300 dollars like he was the most important customer. Thank you Joe and Tim, I appreciate more than you.

They bring a high-tech lens to everything they do, and whenever they launch something new it always offers something innovative that no one else is doing. The clothes themselves can be washed and dried, and are comfortable enough for work-from-home wear but nice enough to wear to a real meeting (you know, when we have those again). Also, they can be washed and dried. Full stop. No "tumble dry low." No pilling or wrinkling or shrinking. But they also sell coats now, which are incredible - the Mercury jacket is heated and can be controlled by an app or by buttons within the jacket. The Great Auk is as warm as Canada Goose, with no down, and it's carbon neutral. They're also selling masks which are breathable and have filters.
