But he comes prepared with replacement parts in his truck if it's something that doesn't need to be ordered. Kind, prompt, clean, knowledgeable. I have him on annual recall to replace the filter in my refrigerator's ice machine. The connector is wonky. He knows what to do to attach the new one with minimum leaking. He brings the right filter with him.
