I get a lot of compliments on them and I absolutely love my two gates and fence with the board on board look for complete privacy. As time went on I noticed some boards became loose or rotted so it was time for some repairs and replacements. On Friday, July 10, 2026, Isac & German dropped by to do the work. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. A week later (Friday, July 17, 2026) I noticed the side gate was not easy to open and close, so I called Classic Fence. It turned out the repair crew was nearby and would arrive within an hour. Sure enough Julio arrived, made some adjustments and replaced a part of the gate. Thank you!!! I highly recommend Classic Fence for their products and services. They offer excellent customer service too.

Installing a fence can be a lengthy process between coordinating with neighbors, adjusting quotes, and scheduling, but Fantastic Fence made everything feel seamless. A special thank you to Dominic, who came out to provide our quote. Not only did Fantastic Fence offer the most competitive quote we received, but Dominic was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and provide valuable information that would have benefited us regardless of which company we chose. His honesty, professionalism, and expertise immediately set Fantastic Fence apart from the competition. The office staff was also wonderful to work with. Whenever we called or had questions, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Having a team that is so attentive throughout the process made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The installation crew, Moises and Eloy, were fantastic. They arrived promptly each day, worked incredibly hard in 90+ degree weather, and completed our fence installation in less than two days. Throughout the project, Moises handled communication with us and was always professional, courteous, and kind. We also had a miscommunication on our end regarding the type of gate we wanted. When we brought it to their attention, Fantastic Fence immediately addressed the issue and made it right at no additional charge. That level of customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. It showed us that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their work. Their efficiency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. It's clear that Moises and Eloy take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. If we ever need another fence installed in the future, we would gladly request them again. Fantastic Fence truly lives up to its name. Professional, responsive, honest, and committed to quality from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with our new fence and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone looking for fencing services in the future. Highly recommend!

Update: I was so pleased with the back fence that I talked…read moremy neighbor into doing our shared side fence with Froggy Fence. Completely different experience. It took weeks to complete and was completely sub standard. The fence between our yards was down for over a week and another neighbor had to bring over a construction fence to prevent my blind dog from falling in the neighbors pool. Rather than a two sided fence, my neighbor opted to just have my side finished and she was good with the unfinished back side. I asked Chris to make sure all boards were touching so I didn't have big gaps between the boards. It actually looks like he used a spacer and the boards aren't even dry yet so it will be worse. There's a 2 x 6 kick board at the bottom and a big gap between the fence boards and the kick board. Numerous boards split and cracked when he put them up and he just went ahead and stained over them. Neither of the gates are level. Two of the post holes were not filled all the way with cement. I made the mistake of paying Chris before noticing all the problems. I repeatedly called and sent texts that went ignored for weeks. Finally I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB, take him to court and leave bad reviews. Only then did he come out and fill the post holes, replace the cracked boards, and finish staining the top rail. Everytime I look at my $7K fence (my side only for 100') I get mad. The gaps look really bad and as a former woodworker, the unlevel gates drive me nuts. I paid what I consider a premium price for quality work, but this time the quality workmanship just was not there. The first fence was built predominantly by his employee Edgar, who apparently no longer works there.
