The porch, walkway, and side steps had wrought iron posts and pink tile that besides being hideous were slippery. Our driveway is enormous and had big cracks and no drainage, and water would pool towards our house when it would rain. Additionally, any crevice the previous owner could pour concrete into he did. This is a long-winded way of saying, this was a big project. While Neighborhood Builders wasn't the cheapest quote, we wanted experts that were going to do the job right, and that is Anthony and his team. Anthony got the quote to me quick. We had a lot of companies come out and most don't even bother to send a quote. This project became a pretty epic because of issues that could not have been foreseen. Anthony and his team tackled each problem with expertise, were upfront, and were able to solve them for us. Since Anthony is a general contractor, he was able to resolve all the problems we encountered. In addition to the concrete work, they put new siding in the front. They also were able to do some electrical work and installed outdoor plugs, a light, and doorbell. The concrete walkway, porch, and driveway are beautiful and functional. This was tested when we just had that 200 year storm (in October 2021). All the drainage worked perfectly, and we had no water pooling. Our house is completely transformed. I love it so much! If I had to choose again I would definitely go with Neighborhood Builders, and will definitely be using them for future projects.
