I have been a satisfied customer of Automotive Technical Service for over twenty years. The…read morevirtues that distinguish this business from its competitors are several. First, the acumen of the owner is impressive. Andy is an expert at diagnosing whatever may be the problem with the vehicle. Additionally, he gives the customer a heads-up about potential problems that may require attention in the future. Not only is Andy savvy about his area of expertise, but his outsourcing recommendations ( for tires, alignments, brakes, etc.) are spot on. He sends his customers to professionals as highly trained and competent as he is. Secondly, Andy's business ethics and values are uncompromised. When you drop off your vehicle for repair or maintenance, you can relax in the knowledge that it will be treated as though it belonged to the owner. Everything is carefully inspected, work is carefully performed, communication is maintained throughout the process, and the price is imminently fair. Andy does not repair or replace parts which are not in need of repair or replacement. As a driver who depends on her car being in excellent shape day after day, the peace of mind received at Automotive Technical is priceless. Working with Andy over these many years has totally spoiled me when it comes to my expectations of customer service. Not only does his work performance define the phrase, he continually raises it to even higher levels. Walking into his shop is like time traveling back to the days of mechanical wizards whose pride in their work was unparalleled. Thank you for being such a fantastic business! Deborah Johnson
