Pat and crew were able to clean out a 5 bedroom house, filled to the brim with collectors items, technology, gadgets, tools, musical equipment, and ham radio gear, books, and computer technology. I was very concerned about missing out on hidden treasures or throwing away something that would later turn out to be very valuable. They were able to research the real value of all of the items and set fair prices. When we told them how much his ham radio equipment had meant to him, they visited ham radio clubs around Dallas and sought expert advice in order to not only get good prices, but to ensure the equipment went to people that would love and respect it as much as he did. They also separated all of the junk from the estate and facilitated it's removal. I loved relaxing here with co-workers in the evening, not to mention that view of the McKinney water tower from the patio at night cannot be beat. I highly recommend coming to see the unique artwork. My favorite piece was a large, canvas painting of "Woodstock '69," so as soon as I saw it, I had to take home the original before there were only prints available. The art is so affordable and better yet, when you purchase one you become an "artster," which comes with membership benefits. I can't wait for the next live music show and I am hoping to attend a paint party soon. I may even try to book this event space for my toddler's birthday party!
