I've purchased several pistols from G4G over the past 4 years. Every transaction was completed promptly, accurately and with zero surprises. I live 15 miles away, so I've picked up (all but one of) these weapons at their physical store - perfect every time. The one shipment (to a closer FFL) also went flawlessly. Mom and Dad run this business, and they operate it like their livelihoods depend on it - because it does. That's the level of care and attention you/I want from all retailers (but don't always get). Their weapon/accessory selections are very broad, and their prices are always among the lowest in the country - and in fact are the absolutely lowest prices for me since my in-store pick-ups avoid FFL fees and shipping costs. Great customer service, friendly, all about customer experience here. I highly recommend you shop here first and in their online store. Their inventory onsite is limited but their online presence is better than most big-box stores and their prices are better too! Never any issues with customer service, never any reason to have to return as they encourage you to look over your purchase (FFL shipment or your purchase) while you are in the store waiting for the background check to clear. While shopping for a particular pistol not widely stocked, I came across Good 4 Guns. They had one of the lowest prices on the web. I saw the note that they only ship M-TH, I didn't expect it to ship until the next Monday, since it was Thursday afternoon. I placed my order and picked a shipping option (Not the fastest). Great little mom and pop gun store. Went in to inquire about their fee for out of state transfers, $15, REALLY?!? That's all? Anyway was going to buy an AR15 lower from PSA but they had one on their board for $10 over PSA's price. Also picked up a couple of poly mags. If you haven't checked these guys out go by and see them. If you want to call them, send an email first with a call back number. I like doing business with local companies and mom-n-pop shops like this. Every local shop wanted full retail so I did a quick Google search and this place shows up. Based on how low the price was, I was very hesitant. But I figured if it was too good to be true I could always dispute the charges with my CC company. So I took the gamble and won. I don't know how they were able to offer a Springfield Hellion at that price. They must have zero overhead. But I digress. Placed the order on a Saturday evening. They're closed on Sunday and Monday but the rifle shipped on Tuesday. I emailed them about needing the serial number to apply for the Springfield rebate and received a prompt reply with the tracking info along with the serial number. This is a small family run store. Not a big showroom but they have a good selection and a website. They are more than willing to order things and their prices are good. When there is any problem they make it right. They bend over backwards for customer service. I have purchased several products there and ordered a few. They always make me happy and that's not easy. After making several purchases online, I had only 1 legitimate and authorized return for missing parts. After refunding me G4G blocked all future purchases at check out without providing a reason despite repeated CS request as to why. Listen, in a time when it feels like everyone is out there trying to figure out the best way to scam us I just want to tell you that I had an absolutely amazing experience with Patrick and Good for Guns (G4G). From my initial conversation Patrick was helpful and informative. I live in New Jersey where the gun laws are borderline illegal and most retailers take full advantage of the fact that you almost need a PHD to navigate the "rules". G4G had the exact gun I was looking for at a price that was SUPER competitive (that means it was less than anywhere else). The shipping was really fairly priced and they give you many options to determine how you would like to receive your shipment. The gun shipped to my FFL (who sent an email with the pertinent information to G4G 1.5 days from shipment) and he received it 3 days after I made the purchase. The experience was AMAZING! I'm really not sure what else you can expect from an online purchase. Why would you buy from anyone else. Take my word for it. DO NOT HESITATE to do business with these folks. A+++++++ experience. This online merchant is NOT an honorable business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I was shipped a pistol which I ordered online, and they removed one of the magazines due to a limit in my home state. Fair enough. That was mentioned in their online policy. However, and this is VERY important, I made it abundantly clear after picking up my gun from the local FFL that the FFL would accept the higher capacity magazine and convert it to a legal one in my state. They told me to tell G4G to ship it to them, as they accept these higher capacity magazines routinely and do the conversion kit. I didn't realize this was an option, but I very politely passed this information along to G4G. Their response was just a screen shot of their online policy. I understand the policy, but I reiterated that my FFL is a legitimate gun store/indoor shooting range/gun smith shop, and they can accept the magazine and convert it to a state-legal magazine. I received no response. I am also a retired veteran, and G4G knows that. I consider them keeping my second magazine STEALING, and that is NOT HONORABLE!! Their policy states they will not supply replacement magazines. Again, fair enough. I wasn't asking for a replacement. I firmly asked for the magazine that I PAID FOR, and they just ignored me over and over again. If they keep my magazine and then re-sell it, they have both stolen from me, and then profited from the stolen merchandise. That is literally criminal!!
