Christi’s Fireworks began over 45 years ago as a small roadside stand run by Christi and her dad with a simple goal: bring joy to the community one spark at a time. What started as a family tradition quickly grew into a local favorite, known for its friendly service, honest advice, and quality products. Over the decades, we’ve evolved into a 6,000 sq. ft. seasonal superstore, proudly serving Van Alstyne and surrounding cities like McKinney, Anna, and Sherman. While the store has grown, the heart of our business hasn’t changed—we’re still family-owned and operated, and Christi is still behind the counter every summer, helping customers build unforgettable backyard shows. Generations of families now shop with us year after year, and we’re honored to be part of their celebrations. Meet the Business Owner: Christi C.
Christi Cameron grew up helping her dad run a small fireworks stand—and never looked back. What started as a summer side gig turned into a full-blown family tradition. Today, Christi owns and operates Christi’s Fireworks, a seasonal superstore known for its friendly service, curated selection, and community spirit.
With decades of experience, Christi is passionate about helping families create safe, unforgettable celebrations. She personally trains her staff, selects every product, and still works the register during peak season—greeting customers by name and offering expert advice along the way.
She’s also committed to giving back, sponsoring local events, supporting school fundraisers, and keeping safety front and center in everything she does. From sparklers to finale cakes, Christi brings the boom—and the heart—every 4th of July.
