WOW. Not only was this the best price tow I could find that also stayed with the price quoted, but Freddy was beyond helpful. I didn't know before that my old car sitting in one place for years in my grandparents backyard would pose an issue for a towing company to get to since they had to drive over a small patch of front yard to get to it. Freddy could have turned us down on those grounds alone as it was an insurance liability. Instead, Freddy was responsible, friendly and funny! He checked in with the proper authorities at his business, drafted up an on-the-spot signed document to cover everyone's legal concerns and then proceeded to back his towing truck into the proper spot (which I can't say I'd be able to do whatsoever so major kudos to Freddy). It was difficult to say the least when trying to load up my old VW Beetle because the tires were flat and weren't moving hardly at all until Freddy pulled it up onto the bed with the wench. He wasn't shy getting his hands and clothes dirty to get the job done and once we got to our destination it was still difficult to get the car down to its new destination. Freddy and I worked together and through his experience, encouragement and clever ideas we were finally able to get the job done when he had another customer waiting and I knew I was likely making him late to his next appointment. If I could have afforded anything extra, I would have tipped Freddy considerably for his effort! So here I am, offering any thanks I can for literally the best service I have ever gotten with anything ever. I'll be recommending Central Towing and using them for as long as I possibly can. THANK YOU FREDDY and thank you Central Towing! Seriously, give that gentleman the biggest promotion/raise possible because he made my month and was funny and compassionate throughout the whole experience. We need more Freddy-types in this world. read more

Just had a great exoerience with a central towing driver. Not only did he get there 40 minutes before the eta, he made my day better. I was stuck in an ironic situation. Went to the auto parts store for a battery. Got a new one and they were going to install it for me. But alas, the terminal was covered in corrosion. The auto parts guy didnt want to touch it (understandably so) and suggested I take it directly next store. But by this time the battery list it's connection and after a few gentle taps with a pen, I broke the terminal right off. So I call my road side assistance and they sent a tow truck to tow me 400 feet. I could be pushed it but was alone. Then up rolls Francisco. 40 minutes early. Very nice guys made my day better. Instead of towing he saved time by rigging is jumpbox safety under my hood so I could simply drive my car the 400 feet I needed to go. The whole time he set things, up he was giving me advice on simple battery care to avoid corrosion. He was early, he was fast, he solved my problem quickly and efficiently, he taught me a few things about batteries and was smiling the whole time. Definitely made my bad experience better. He deserves a raise. read more

First let me say, THANK YOU, for being patient with me. Since Wed. (9/25) my life has been alittle chaotic... between my car being serviced and work. The tow driver Scott was magnificent, a magnificent Angel. A true Gentleman @ heart. I think it was less than 15 minutes I waited for him to arrive. Upon arrival Scott checked on me and my car. I felt very safe. My brakes went out during rush hour traffic. I was stressed out @ first. But Scott had this way of calming me down. He just talked to me. Even in very heavy traffic, he was able to get to the dealer before they closed. The Dealer asked that I leave my car there overnight. How to get home?... Everyone had left for the day. Next thing I knew, Scott called his boss and got permission to take me home. What nice guys. These days, I believe, it is extremely hard to find someone who will go above and beyond to help people. Central Towing really do care... and it shows! In my opinion they are SUPERMEN!!! Thanx again Scott for saving a girl in distress. J.J. read more

This company has earned my trust with their amazing customer service and honesty. Just today, my car wouldn't start and I called my roadside assistance line. They sent Central Towing and Francisco was my service provider. I was very lucky because he was very helpful and honest. He knew right away that it was a battery issue, and the initial plan was to take my car to the dealership for a new battery. However I told him that I recently had my battery changed from auto zone, so it was still under warranty and I didn't know what to do. He helped me find the nearest auto zone location and not only that, but he made sure I safely found the location by accompanying me there. I really appreciated all of his help especially in a time when I was so worried and unsure of what to do next. Thank you Francisco!! read more

I gave an incorrect address because the street sign was incorrect. Fortunately, my tow driver Francisco knew that it must be a mistake and directed me to look for another location near the spot I broke down. After some patience on both of our parts, he found me, apologized for the City of Glendale's mistake and was able to bring me to the destination of origin safely and quickly. It could have been a much worse situation had he not been so professional. I felt like he cared that I was stuck on the side of the road for almost 2.5 hours in the Arizona sun. He is thorough, polite, and an incredible ambassador for Central Towing. If you can request him specifically, I wouldn't hesitate doing so. 10 our of 10. Thank you Francisco. It was a pleasure being helped by you today. read more

Recently, I left my house to run errands just to discover my vehicle's battery was dead. My car is still fairly new so I called the dealership who in turn sent Central Towing to bring my car back to the service department. Teno was the name of the driver. I was able to sit in the cab of his truck with him and as we drove we had a brief chat. I found Teno to be very professional, polite, kind and accommodating. In this day and age of such poor customer service, Teno did a commendable job of representing his employer. I hope Central Towing shows their appreciation for Teno's excellent level of service in the form of some type of recognition. Going forward, I will use Central Towing again and hopefully, Teno will be the driver who assists me with my vehicle needs. read more

I would use Central Towing again and recommend their service to anyone who may need their services. Excellent roadside service provider. My 63' Valiant stopped operating while driving in Central Phoenix. I called Central Towing on a Saturday evening at 6:16 PM. The phone call was answered immediately by a service representative. After taking down my name, location, and vehicle information she provided an ETA of 45 minutes for a driver to arrive. Ten minutes later the roadside technician, Deno, arrived driving a flatbed tow truck. He provided friendly, professional and courteous service. Central Towing-fast, friendly, professional and reliable. Thank you Deno and Central Towing. read more

I've never used this company before and let me say I WILL be using them again! I needed a tow from my place of employment and I was told 60 minutes. The driver named Freddy showed in 30 minutes and was so friendly! He used caution and carefully handled our car while having it pulled onto the back of the truck. I had a really bad morning and because of his joyful attitude, It made the rest of my day so much better. I was unable to leave work and he communicated with me as soon as he left my car at the shop. That was such a piece of mind. Thank you Freddy for the excellent customer service! I will be requesting him in the future. read more

Central towing really helped me out. Specifically Scott O. My car was in an accident and I had to move it out of the parking lot. I figured I'd bring it to my apt until I get everything sorted out. Scott informed.me thta wasn't a good idea and to bring it to na Auto body shop. And he was right. That was the best thing. He was also very professional and honest. He took pictures of my car and the personal belongings inside to be sure no one took anything. He also happens to be from the same place I grew up! We ended up talking about the old times back in new York and I felt in very good hands! Thank you Scott! read more

It's Saturday 8am, I'm getting an early start, first stop is an oil change. Except my car won't start. I call for non-emergency roadside service thru State Farm, I'm patched into Agero, they hook me up (no pun intended) with Central Towing. They say it might be 90 mins. 60 mins later Keisha arrived and saved my morning. She was ready to tow but I asked for a battery check first. She did me one better. She got behind the wheel and found it was somehow left in R, and it will only start in P or N. Something it never occurred to me to look for. But she did. Thank you to all parties involved for sending me Keisha. read more

After the day from hell and a flat, I called my USAA people and they sent Royal Towing. An hour and a half later, they still hadn't arrived, despite impeccably detailed instructions. The next day I requested a different company. I'm glad Central Towing sent Freddy with a lift, because Royal would have burned the seals on my 4x4 not using a flatbed. Freddy was on site before me, ready to roll. He delivered my truck exactly where it needed to be, and was friendly, fast, reliable, and made me laugh about what was otherwise a terrible day. I'd recommend Central Towing to anyone and hope Royal goes back to LA. read more

Was having a terrible day flat tire and no spare called my insurance roadside assistance and they sent Central Towing, their driver George showed up promptly was very courteous and had my car towed quickly to the tire shop unfortunately the tire shop could not assist me because they did not have my size tire in stock,so I called roadside assistance again and again they called Central towing this time Freddy showed up promptly was also extremely courteous loaded my car and had me home in no time. This is one of the best experiences I've had with a towing company and made a bad situation better. read more

This was our first experience with Central Towing and although the wait time was excessive, when our Tow Truck arrived we were greeted by Freddy in the most professional manor. He was careful to load our 2005 Yukon onto his Flatbed..and he instructed my family and I to load up as best as possible into a Truck that was not equipped to accommodate a family of Three adults and a child that needed a carseat. My only suggestion is that this professional company may need to invest in a Transport Flatbed Vehicle that can accommodate a sizeable family.. Thank you for the safe ride Freddy... read more

I never write reviews but a good business with great service deserves to be recognized.Plain and simple my large truck broke down in middle of road with kids. Progressive insurance sent Central Towing And in 40 minutes I had Troy from Central Towing there with a flat bed truck. Troy the driver was awesome and efficient and in 15 minutes we were hooked and on the road. Sitting in a vehicle with a stranger after being stuck on a road might be awkward for some people but Troy was super chill easy to talk to and the ride was quick. Highly recommend Central Towing! read more

Francisco from CT was extremely knowledgeable, and sensitive to our needs. We had our KIA in service on 10/3 fully knowing our vehicle needed a new battery but were talked down by Service Dept. representative that it only needed a "complete charge". After owning this vehicle for 8 years I am fully aware when it is need of a battery. Francisco performed onsite battery charge details which fully indicated a new battery was in order. Hooray for Francisco. I wish I could say the same to Earnhardt Service Dept. on 2100 East Bell Road. read more

We got stranded on the way home from the Renaissance Faire when my alternator died just off of the highway. Central Towing sent out a driver with an estimate of an hour wait time. Our driver Freddy made it there in half the time (30 minutes on the dot!) and was incredibly helpful, kind, and cheerful. You could tell he cares about his job and helping the people who need towed (like us). He got us home quickly and safely, and the price was very affordable. I know where I will be calling if I have any problems in the future. read more
