I have been patiently waiting to do a review on this company. BEWARE!!!! Tri-Cities Mobile RV is unprofessional and incompetent. They are also foul mouthed and I will never let them back in our space. Here is the short version: 1. Paid for a new tankless hot water heater and water pump. 2. 4 weeks later the hot water heater still does not work properly with multiple late visits, ignored texts and phone calls, foul mouths, and inconsiderate workers. 3. In those 4 weeks, I had to listen to excuse after excuse as to why this wasn't working etc. Asked to be kept in the loop and had to call repeatedly (Usually from a different number, because they wouldn't answer any calls from me). 4. After numerous visits (never on time with little to no communication) Ash said he gave up. I have a water heater that doesn't work properly, a leaky water pump, and holes in my walls with wires everywhere. We asked for our receipt and had to ask many more times before we got a receipt so that we can continue to work with the water heater company on warranty work. Long version: Let me start this review by sharing my qualifications. I have been in commercial/industrial construction for nearly 20 years, 15 of those years have been solely dedicated to building healthcare facilities. Because my career asks me to travel, me, my wife and kids full time RV in our Grand Design Solitude as it makes the most sense. I chose to install a tankless water heater as we are a family of 4. I also had them change the fresh water pump while they were in there. I wanted to hire this work out as I enjoy my free time and I am really busy doing my own job and building a hospital. The first red flag was his schedule. All other companies I called were 4-5 weeks out. Not Ash (owner of Tri-Cities Mobile RV). He could install as soon as he got the parts.. So I went with him and decided to schedule. That was a BIG mistake. They showed up close to on time and proceeded to install. Everything was going smooth and I was getting excited for unlimited hot water! I paid for the install and material while they were testing (second BIG mistake). When they completed the work, they began to test the unit. The unit would not maintain hot water and the thermostatic display would not operate. After about 3 hrs of troubleshooting, we still did not have consistent hot water. They gave up, left and basically told me to talk to Ash about it. I called Ash directly after they left. Ash proceeded to try and sell me the product. His tone and demeanor were anything but professional. When the conversation escalated because I was not satisfied, he began cursing at me! As a customer with absolutely no leverage at that point, I proceeded to tell him that I was going to contact the manager of the RV park and file a complaint as they WERE one of the approved mobile techs that they will allow in the park. His response was "Don't you f@%*n threaten me!" over and over...so apparently this is a normal state for this "Ash" hole. After that, I calmed down and realized what type of character I was dealing with and went in to damage control mode as he already had my money and all I had was a hot water heater that didn't work properly and a leaky pump (the water pump wasn't installed properly either, and I was told that the leaking was normal...) Working through this with Ash was a horrifying experience. I would always get the same lies..."I'm on the phone with the engineer, we have to send pictures to them, they are in a different time zone...etc. " His lies started conflicting with his lies. The only thing I asked for as the customer, was to be kept in the loop. I realize that working though warranty issues with manufactures is a challenge, but he has no concept at all about customer service. The engineer from the water heater told him to change a part on the water heater. Funny thing is he didn't change the part out that the manufacturer sent because he didn't think that was the problem. Clearly he has never worked with engineers...they need to check the box in the flow chart before moving to the next troubleshooting item. Even if it's not the problem, they need to rule it out, but I digress. Many times, through the 4 weeks I was dealing with him, he was late, he would not return calls or texts. I had to start calling from other peoples' numbers to get anyone to answer. None of his employees would come back to my rig because Ash insulted his employees to the point that one of his workers quit for 3 days and refused to work until Ash apologized to him. Yes, this was all told to me by HIS employees. Completely unprofessional. His crews also talked bad about other customers in the RV park where we were staying. He even told me his bank account was cleaned out via text when I was asking for an update. (I have the thread if anyone would like proof). Man this business went out if their way to help us! Our trailer lost brakes on our vacation and i could not get any mobile service to help because they were all booked for 3 weeks. Ash said he was booked too, but wedged us in to get us back on the road. Couldnt be happier with them and would recommend them! read more

Terrible! They quoted us $150, did not fix our issue, tore it apart, made it MUCH worse, charged us $200 and sent us on our way with a FUCKED UP RV! Thanks for nothing! read more

This is my first negative review of any business. I have been patiently trying to deal with this business with no sucess. So when I say "Buyer beware" as Ashley is all nice until he gets your money. Shoddy workmanship and foul language is what you will get and if the work he performs is behind any panel- watch out. Below is how he replies to customers. When asked in a text message when he is going to finish a 10 month job in which he took a $2,000.00 deposit to start and todate has not finished. 6-17-2020, Mr. DeLallo reply: (Bahahahaha I needed a laugh today. I did a warranty claim on your part. Meaning I sent your part back to Indiana and they will send me back a new one. With a nonessential part like a "TV remote" and LCI warranty department working from home. It's going to take some time. Make sure your wearing your mask when you call for your "police escort" is the law Mikey. And you can't serve me on your own civil case. You have to have the sheriff serve me or a private server. But you should know that. This is also your warning Mikey that you are not allowed on our property. If you are on our property the police will be called and you will be issued a trespassing order. When your part does show up what's the address I'm going to send this nonessential TV remote to you? ) One month goes by and when asked for and update his exact response without the *(Bahahahaha, See you in court you f**king a**hole) Going on 10 months and still has not completed the Job he promised to do back in September 2019. Always an excuse as to why no parts or he cannot complete the project. Should of know this was going to happen when I arrived at his totally disorganized shop. His unruly Dog jumps on you, disheveled mess in every corner and a sticker on his computer trashing internet reviews. Please do not make the same mistake I did. As going to court is expensive, time consuming but someone needs to have him atone for his actions. read more

Read all of the reviews and forget all of the positive ones. This business I could not recommend to anyone. I paid them to install a couple of soft starts on my A/C units (I provided the hardware) and now neither compressor will work. They will not respond to voicemail or email. Took the money and ran. $300.00 to disable my air conditioning. read more

I would give negative stars if possible. A friend of mine contacted Ash to fix her leveling jacks...he tore her dash apart (not needed) and supposedly replaced a part that doesn't even exist for her levelers. He basically held her hostage to her repairs for 3 months without ever finishing the work. Every time she was scheduled, something else would come up and he would blow her off or not show. Mind you, this was her home and it was a disastrous nightmare. She finally took her rv to another place, in the total disaster it was in, to have them put her rig back together and have the levelers repaired. AVOID at all costs! read more

Worst service ever. He had my trailer for over three months, kept ordering the wrong part and then had an employee tell me to come pick it up without any further information. Complete waste of time. Communication was always awful, and the owner is often incredibly rude. read more

I am writing this review for a elderly friend who lives in his rv on a very limited income. He had TCMRV come to fix his awning. Paid cash up front. Job was not complete n more parts were broken that he broke. This was in September, ordering parts, parts were coming, this is bent, had temper tantrum installing part, yelling how he hated awnings, job was unfinished. Then never returned calls. my friend contacted other rv repair after no reply from this place for months! Finally yesterday another rv repair place called him to see what he had done to understand the problem. This person called my friend n proceeded to curse, horribly insult, physically threaten my friend over the phone! It was scary n awful! What kind of person does this that runs a business?! read more

I own an RV park in Kennewick. Ash came through on a Saturday for an overvoltage repair. When he left, items he suggested were burned out had been disconnected and left that way. He lacked knowledge of basic electrical systems but was ready to keep on billing for his estimate. Once the systems were re-wired, they worked fine. read more

I would HIGHLY recommend Tri-Cities! They were life-savers! We were on a national park road trip all the way from Florida. Unfortunately, we had an emergency (our axle broke on a major highway) and after rigging it up and limping to the nearby Walmart (that was less than hospitable) I began calling for help. I called over a half dozen shops and there was either no answer or they couldn't help me. It was a Saturday morning...you would think someone could help. Well, someone did! I reached the owner (Ash), although the shop was closed and he was in Texas - not Washington. He gave me the address to his shop and called his shop manager (Nick) to let him know we would be bringing in our 31ft travel trailer. From the very beginning, they were very kind and understanding. You have to remember, we were over 3k miles from home, with a teenager, in the heat, with a rig that couldn't go anywhere. After arriving, Nick came over to check on us and make sure everything was ok and Ash (from Texas) checked in with us as well, even though he was on site helping someone else across the U.S. Their entire team (Amanda in the office) was helpful and understood that we were far far away from home and it was very stressful. It took a lot of discussions, ingenuity, and kindness, but we were on the road by the next Saturday. It was a looooong week, to say the least, but I want everyone to know, that even AFTER we we were on the road, Nick texted to check on us. We kept him updated until we finally made it home to Florida. I can't say enough positive things about this company and its staff. They TRULY make you feel like family. If we were local, we would use them as our shop. So, if you are local or not, but you are like me, and are far far away from home, this is your extended family. Although we are nowhere near them and we can't refer our fellow travelers, we still have their keychain on our trailer keys and that's where it will stay....AND if we're every in the area, we will definitely be stopping in and saying hi and maybe grab a beer and meal. read more

I've been to Tri-Cities Mobile RV service many times in the last couple yrs since purchasing our 24' RV and have had nothing but great service from Ash. Willing to help out every time I've had a problem and you know they come with an RV. Where the folks I bought the RV have left me hanging quite a few times.
