The co-owner, Jerome, tried to blame us when the driver was a no-show, saying we didn't provide them with a physical address. I stamp BS all over this! They had my $414 deposit which had already cleared, they had my phone number, and they had the name of the country club they were to pick up passengers. AND, we were told at the time of booking (some two to three weeks in advance of the event) that they didn't need a physical address; they could look it up using the country club name. Duh. You're a freaking limo business. Needless to say, a limo never showed up. Even though we called countless times and were promised every time that it was "on its way." The parents had to take four carloads of kids downtown, then pick them up after prom, then take them to the after party. NOT HAPPY. I've been promised my deposit back, "in full" like it was some sort of special favor. No apology. No offer for a free night. No nothing. STAY AWAY from Rock Star Limo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They lied about were they where and the driver was slurring his words and was not being helpful at all and would not answer his phone for 20 minutes. Stay away from Rock City Limos.
