We were very impressed with the time & special attention we received from everyone working at this nursery. They have a large selection of palms and tropical plants including some very rare varieties that you wont commonly find at other nurseries. If you are an avid collector or just want to add some color to your landscape, do yourself a favor and pay Ganz nursery a visit. I was told that the cart was only sold along with the 2 chairs next to it & I was quoted a price for the set. I took measurements & went home to see if it would work. When I called in the next day to purchase the set I was told a completely different (higher) price. I informed the associate on the phone that I had been quoted the day before a lower price by not one but two other associates. She said that she would have the manager call me which never happened......so after 5 days I called them & I was told that they would not honor the price that I had been quoted. I have now read other reviews and see that this seems to be a pattern with this store......my advise "stay away".

In reading other reviews, we now know that this is a pattern with this company. The product, the installation, and the customer service up until the end was outstanding. Beware of added costs that may have been "overlooked" in the initial quote process. Adding almost $400 two months after the initial quote is unacceptable. There has to be better monitoring of the process.

I went several times to the Haynes Brothers Furniture in Orange City to find a family room set. The…read morethird time I brought my husband and we found the perfect sectional. It was on sale and they gave me an excellent price on top of that. On the way to Daytona the Orange City store called me and told me the sectional in the warehouse was an as is, so they offered me the floor model in Orange until the warehouse could get a new one. The salesman had the manager call me to verify that but I told the manager that was a lot of trouble how about just give me 100.00 off the floor model and so it was agreed. So off to Daytona looking for a recliner. At the Haynes Brothers there I found another wonderful salesperson. Couldn't find a recliner there but I found a super cute chair. She gave me a great price on it and said it could be delivered with my sectional. So now we were off to Ormond Beach store to find a recliner. I have to say that is my favorite Haynes Brothers Furniture store. My husband did find the perfect recliner and it was also a floor model so again we got a great deal from a wonderful nice salesperson. Again we were told that chair could be delivered with the rest of our furniture. So two days before delivery day I went to Orange City to verify everything was coming from all stores on the same day. My sectional had already been taken to Daytona to be loaded on a truck with the rest of my purchases. Friday they called me to give me a 3 to 6 window for a Saturday delivery. They showed up between 4 and 5. My furniture was wrapped with packing blankets and plastic for extra protection. The delivery people treated my furniture like it was their own. Such wonderful care and handling in my furniture delivery. My sectional, statement chair and recliner were all floor samples and in excellent condition and great values for me. Overall I would say buying furniture from Haynes Brothers has been an excellent experience. When I decide on what I want for a living room sofa, Haynes Brothers will be the first place I go.

We didn't need to go anywhere else. If you don't find what you're looking for in their store, they have other stores and vendors that will find it for you. They also customize, specialty, carpets, and runners according to your specifications. Everyone working at the store is an expert in customer service. Which is a huge indicator for me having served in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. They are willing to make anything work in order for you to be happy once you leave the store. The best feature is, they trust their customers by allowing you to take the carpet home to see what it looks like in your room and in specific lighting.
