We ordered 4 new appliances from Ormond Beach Lowes on April 4. We had to schedule delivery and…read moreinstallation for April 27th as my husband was undergoing cardiac testing. We received an email advising the date had been scheduled for April 22nd, the day my husband was having an angiography. I had to again reschedule for the correct date of the 27th. We then received an email advising 2 of our appliances were to be delivered and installed. We contacted customer care who advised all 4 appliances were scheduled; however she failed to tell us there would be 2 separate deliveries. When the drivers showed up with only 2 appliances, my husband became frustrated, believing Lowes had messed up our order. Drivers were unaware of any other deliveries so my husband refused delivery. I was able to contact customer care again and I was finally told about the separate deliveries. I rescheduled delivery of the fridge and range. 2 days later delivery was made. The delivery men plugged in the fridge, we had to connect the water line. They removed the external packaging tape, but left packing tape inside. It took us 2 hours to find and remove all the tape left behind. We will never shop at Lowes again.

Like others have stated the store seems a bit disorganized but with all the help on the floor I doubt it would be difficult to locate anything they stock. So why only 4-stars, well the checkout process although extremely friendly and staffed by two cashiers was extremely slow - I think I was 6-8 people back when I lined up and it took quite sometime to pay for the one item and get on my way.
