Project completed in early spring and by December of 1st winter it was chipping, pitting and falling apart. This damage has gotten worse and goes all the way up and down the driveway. They did not level the work area (you can see it) and the apron was done very poorly as well. DO NOT HIRE. This is a family company and they are a disgrace through and through. How can you rip customers off for THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS and do a crappy job and walk away. How do they look in the mirror knowing this?

From the time I initially called the owner, it was as if I was talking to a friend. My house needed some serious work done in order to effectively (and completely) waterproof it from the exterior method. A tree needed removed, concrete needed blown up inside and out, an entire main sewer needed replacing, the trench digging around the entire perimeter, removal of stairs, a back porch, and a repour of steps and an extended patio. His project manager Alan and his crew of about 5 did everything in one week (tree was removed a month prior). They were hard-working, personable, were super nice to my family and ensured my 4 cats didn't escape during the constant in and outs of our house. Flexible on our payments and really tried to keep costs low given the amount that needed complete in the tight quarters city of Garfield Heights. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for ANY work they provide!!

I said I fixed your screw up already wasn't waiting for more water in my basement. They added drain pipes into the crocks and reinstalled my sump pumps without checking to see it everything worked. The drain pipes they added held my floats down and not letting the pumps to turn on . Was not happy .
