So I had my husband dial the number for me to call their office. The lady "Lauren" or "Laurie" refused to schedule an appt for me and saying "They would not schedule an appt for me unless I fill out some forms online." I explained to her that I could not do it online and if I could schedule it over the phone and fill out the rest of the forms when I come earlier for the appt. She was very cold and had no compassion and kept repeating "They would not schedule any appts over the phone or in person". Awful customer service! What if you are blind, old, disabled or just not good with technology. Making online forms "mandatory" for everyone and refusing service to patients just because they can't fill out online forms is just not acceptable.
