We had a food drive one year & had a bunch of can goods dropped off at our office. The next morning, we found cockroaches coming out of the can good stack. We called Paul's & they came right out & sprayed to ensure we didn't have any of these critters coming home with us. Personally, we used them for our home when we found termites & again, they were very professional in their care of our problem. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks for being prompt, affordable & through!!!

We called Paul's Exterminating because bees were getting into our house, and both me and my…read moredaughter were stung. There also was a huge wasp nest on the side of the house that needed to be removed. We live in the country, so we fully expected to be enrolled on some type of program or at least have the exterior of the house treated to alleviate both problems. A gentleman from the company came out to our house at 7:45 am only to tell us that he would not be able to do anything about the bees until the afternoon. He sprayed the wasp nest, and left a big mess on the roof. Half the nest was still hanging off the house when he left. The gentleman returned later in the afternoon to again assess the bee situation. They were swarming around the chimney. He proceeded to tell us that he did not carry a ladder and would not be able to do anything about the bees. In addition, he did nothing to remove the multiple smaller wasp nests we told him about on the side and front of the house. The gentleman was rude to my husband and truly did not care one bit about our situation or that we were his customer. He did as little as possible and left. I would never recommend this company to anyone for pest control. This company does not care about nor value their customers. Do yourself a favor and do what we did, call someone else.

We were told they were serviced twice a year and the price they estimated for each service. This was all the information we were given, nothing about what company we were serviced with or the last time the traps were changed. I called EarthRite to see if the account was with their company and got Amanda on the phone who was wonderful. After giving her my address she determined that my home was outside their service territory. I called 12 other pest control companies before EarthRite and they all hung up the phone after telling me they didn't service our address. Instead, Amanda took down my name and number, asked me questions about the termite stations we currently have and told me she would call me back after speaking with Scott, the owner of the company, with any information about our traps and how she could help. Just 8 minutes later I got a call back from her giving me detailed information about what they believe our station types were and the name and number of a company in our area that would best be able to help us out if we couldn't find who they were previously serviced by. I know my review isn't about the services themselves, but when a company takes the time to help someone out and treat my call as though I was a current customer and have the owner help us out so quickly. It just starts to show just how great their services could be! I'm sad that they don't service our area, because if they did, my search would have stopped here! Thank you so much Amanda and Scott for your help today! (By the way, they were right about the stations and company type)

I called Rob to see if he could use his bucket truck and do this for him and there wasn't any hesitation at all. Very happy with Eubanks!…read more My wife and I wanted to have an outlet installed so we could switch from a gas to an electric range. Eubanks gave us a quote for free and clearly laid out what it was going to require to make that happen. Once we gave the "ok" for work to begin they had us scheduled for about a week later. The electrician, Zack, was very friendly and explained what he was doing each step of the way. Zach even gave us a quote on another job while he was out here. So they did everything we asked them to do....and more! Zack noticed that someone, likely a "DIY-er", had installed a breaker switch that was not appropriate for the wiring it controlled (so a fire hazard)! He notified me, explained the potential hazards associated with leaving it as is, and gladly corrected the situation. Crisis averted! In the end what we paid was a little more than the quote but considering he did more than was asked of him AND he potentially saved us from disaster, we were okay with that. Will definitely be using Eubanks again!
