About 25 minutes into bowling, we still hadn't received our drinks, not even the water. I understood they were busy, so I didn't say anything at first. However, after 48 minutes with no drinks or food, I finally found a manager and asked about our order. She apologized, and explained they were busy, our drinks arrived about 10 minutes later. Our food finally came out roughly 20 minutes after that -- over an hour after we had ordered. While the manager did extend our bowling time, and give the kids wrist bands it felt like too little, too late. We were extremely disappointed with the service, especially considering the price we paid. We will not be returning anytime soon.

I felt my face drop, that's when she said, "well I didn't even ask cash or card." As she came into tell us our time was done, she also was making a face. Lastly, when we were leaving our room. We did stack our drinks and food baskets. Additionally we wiped the table. But upon realizing she would have to take the glasses she made a face of annoyance. To only pass the dishes onto her friends! If we're paying a premium price for a room (especially 2 hours on a Friday night), we expected some kind of service. He also mentioned that it was our server's first time handling a large group and asked us to be patient. I really appreciated him being upfront about that because it helped set expectations and made us much more understanding when service wasn't perfect. We had 12 people in our party, and everyone had a good time. The atmosphere was fun, and everyone who ate said the food was good. My only concern was with the gluten-free options. The menu had some items marked as gluten-free, but when I asked our server about them, he told me they "still had a little bit of gluten." When I asked what he meant, he wasn't sure. I asked if he was referring to cross-contamination, and he said he thought so, but he couldn't give me a clear answer. Since I have celiac disease and can't risk eating gluten, I decided not to order any food.
