I've gone back recently and first time back someone gets shot on the forehead and starts bleeding like crazy because someone on the other team was shooting way too hot. I've had nothing but bad experiences with rude refs and even some of the other players there.

Well I'm not going home and coming back my friend. Just point me to the arrows if you don't want to actually help. Second time I came in for a standard arrow guide replacement and was told I could order one and return to the store later for the $4 very standard item. Why would I order it to the store and have to drive back instead of ordering online? Basic components out of stock tells me I should just order my components elsewhere anyhow. They are definitely composite bow oriented. When I came in the guy didn't even know I was talking about when I asked for replacement arrow guides for a long bow.

But alas it's the basics we're looking for. A nice selection of masks and snorkels. A lot of them fit me well so choosing was easy. Didn't find fins that I liked but they did have a decent selection. To be fair I used to dive & instruct and already have an idea of what I'm looking for so I tend to be picky. We were satisfied with what we got and wouldn't hesitate going back for any other gear we might need.

Nice to have them in the neighborhood. Their one day sales are fun you can get some stuff at extremely reasonable prices. Of course they also have the staples that you need from a sporting good store, football, soccer, weights, kayaks, hunting supplies, swimsuits sun protective shirts and a variety of other clothing. When he is absent each of the staff is friendly and very helpful. When he is there the atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. He seems to resent that he has to wait on you and getting product information is like pulling teeth. I'm sure this rude and very unhelpful attitude has cost him much business, but he is too narrow minded to recognize this. I go there because it is close by and cross my fingers that don't have to deal with his boorishness.
