Although clearly very busy, the staff were uniformly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped me find multiple drivers in my price range ($200 or less) and set me up in a simulator booth to try them out. I was also able to get more laser-guided advice from another staffer to help me decipher what the simulator numbers were saying and make the decision. And the price for the club was great even before the veterans discount. They also arranged to ship the club to my home in CA for less than I would have had to pay for postage if I gad shipped it myself. The only challenging part was that, because they were so busy, I had to go find someone any time I needed help, rather than someone being able to take the time to work with me for the whole process. Given their size and how much golf there is in ABQ. This is totally understandable. This shop has become my safe space for future ABQ visits when I need a break from family.

As soon as we arrived, the manager came over to introduce himself, explain how everything worked, and let us know our server would be with us shortly. He also mentioned that it was our server's first time handling a large group and asked us to be patient. I really appreciated him being upfront about that because it helped set expectations and made us much more understanding when service wasn't perfect. We had 12 people in our party, and everyone had a good time. The atmosphere was fun, and everyone who ate said the food was good. My only concern was with the gluten-free options. The menu had some items marked as gluten-free, but when I asked our server about them, he told me they "still had a little bit of gluten." When I asked what he meant, he wasn't sure. I asked if he was referring to cross-contamination, and he said he thought so, but he couldn't give me a clear answer. Since I have celiac disease and can't risk eating gluten, I decided not to order any food. I would recommend providing staff with better training on gluten-free options and food allergies so they can confidently answer questions from guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, service was okay, we had a good time, and our family enjoyed celebrating there.

Most of our food eventually came out, but my friend's husband ordered a burger that took about an hour to arrive. By the time he received it, everyone else had already finished eating. This was not an issue with the app or the order failing to go through. The order had been placed, but it seemed like our table simply was not being paid attention to. Throughout the night, everything felt extremely slow and inattentive. They did ultimately discount the burger, which we appreciated, but the overall experience was still unacceptable and very disappointing, especially considering we normally enjoy coming here.

Came to Play It Again Sports for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to see they buy used…read moresports equipment and shoes. I looked into their website to get an idea of prices for my 5 year old's cleats. They have options for used and new, as low as $8! Very affordable. Upon arrival, their door was open. The inside is very spacious and right away we were greeted. I asked for help since it was our first time. The attendant immediately took us to a corner with all of the junior cleats. They had limited sizing, but thankfully my daughter found a good fit. They didn't have half sizes, but was assured a snug fit was necessary. We happened to get a new cleat and it was $20, much cheaper than Walmart (~$28). They didn't have junior mouth guards, but was recommended to Walmart. Overall, great customer service. The attendant helped her fit in the cleats and gave his professional opinion on how they should fit, etc. We were in and out within 10-15 min. They also have rewards, which I opted in. Also, I will most likely come back to sell back the shoes once she grows out of them.

Teen (or early 20s) employees should not be managed by another teen (or early 20s) individual. Learn what customer service is if you are going to be working retail. You are not paid to socialize! The facility in downtown Albuquerque is well equipped and the three practice booths are busy. Scheduling is easy and I've been able to contact a pro and change appointments on the fly. I drive 1 hour and 45 minutes from northern New Mexico, and it's been worth it. They could use updated Foresight technology ( quad instead of the GC2) to pick up the club head in addition to the ball, but the video and flight scope work together well. The teaching is as good as you'll find at this price point. You need to figure out which pro can teach you with language and drills that match your game. All in all, I recommend these guys to anyone who wants to explore game improvement. They are a happy bunch and practicing golf beats working any day.

They are well priced, and they offer a huge variety of classes... I have been going to yoga almost every day and I have found the instructors to be experienced and highly competent. I mostly run in the ABQ Bosque during the spring and fall, so I haven't really needed to use their treadmills much but I expect that will change in the winter. On the few occasions when I have needed to use them because it was cold, or I haven't had time to get down to the river, there have been plenty of machines and no wait times. This is obviously an operation that does well at scale. One of the best gyms I have used in my life.
