They not only…read morecompleted our back fence (approximately 200 feet including tearing down existing fence) but during that process we were so impressed with their work we asked them to fence in our front yard! They completed that less than 1 full day after completing the back! We received quotes from 8 fence companies, handymen, and contractors and Proscape Fence + Pools was who we chose because of their upfront pricing, honest and positive reviews, and how kind the owner (Jeff) was over the phone EVERY time we spoke! Beyond impressed with their level of professionalism, their pricing was fair, and their quality of work is the best in Kentucky! We have had 3 fences installed in previous properties and I can say with absolute certainty this this far exceeds the quality of those AND the price was way better! I would (and already have) recommend this crew to everyone I know!

It turned into a lengthy project with some damage found as we went but, these guys did everything with a smile! Alex and his team went above and beyond to keep our house functional while going through the process and were so easy to work with. The cost of the project was completely fair for the amount of work done. We'll definitely be using ONLY them for any future needs that they can meet.

The project included changing out a second floor window and matching old siding which Trevor handled so professionally. Stacy is the best drywaller we have ever encountered and Denver installed 2 fan lights beautifully. Tony and Brandon worked so hard tearing out and measuring. This was a superb experience overall. During this time, Todd, Donna, and Larry were courteous in keeping their correspondence regular without being overbearing, and we were able to stay on the same page without feeling pressured or frustrated by the exchanges. Additionally, we felt that the cost of the project was competitive for that of a smaller company given the quality products and opportunities extended by the Osers to minimize the cost of the project when it was first discussed. Despite the already competitive price point and the delays to the start of the project which may have otherwise resulted in changes to the cost of the materials needed, the Osers were extremely hospitable in working to keep the quoted price the same once we were ready to get started. Additionally, after we worked with the Osers to address a miscommunication on our part which would have typically resulted in a minor increase in the cost of the project, we were able to once again maintain the original quoted cost of the project due to the company's flexibility and understanding. Last but not least, our floors look incredible and the members of the installation team were friendly, efficient, and competent throughout the installation process, which took only a day to complete. To summarize, we received flawless results at reasonable prices without a moment of stress to show for it, and we couldn't have asked for more out of the experience.

On March 18th, 2022 my husband and I met with Matt Creech, the Envision Remodeling LLC Sales Rep…read more He was very professional. His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!
