Horrible customer service. Gives the run around. Every time they say it will be one day it ends up being a week later. We keep being told it has to be delivered or that it's on the truck. Or that the part is locked up. Just a bunch of b.s. Won't ever get a part from her again. read more

It's one thing to have been sold bad parts but another to have to wait for weeks for it to be replaced. In the end we decided to just get a refund after our pick up was pushed back again and again. This place would still get four stars though (just for previous experience with them)... if not for that lady at the front desk with an absolutely GOD AWFUL attitude throughout the whole process. Never in my life have I met someone who acted so miserable to provide any single bit of customer service. From the apathetic attitude to the eye rolling all the way to her extremely snappy mouth. As if it bothered her to speak to me as soon as I told her why I was there. She was also very rude on the phone through the whole process. We've bought lots of parts from here without a problem (and usually choose to go out of our way to come here) but then again we've never dealt with this woman in particular at the time. Bad parts, weeks of waiting, and her- just makes me not want to bother with coming all the way out here anymore. All the others who work (that we've dealt with) there have been great though. I just can't get over how unashamedly ugly this woman was to us or that we waited so long and wasted money to have the bad parts put in and replaced just to come out in the hole and still no parts. read more

So today I couldn't get a refund on a part I did not receive I spoke with a manager on the phone who told me come in for a refund but come immediately So when I came in she told me I only can receive a credit on something else at this time the part I requested the day before was not ready I told her I didn't need the part or anything else at that particular time and if I knew I would only get a credit I wouldn't have drove cross town In total I paid 80.25 for the part the credit came out to be 57.00 because a 30% restocking policy I ask why am I being charged 30% when the part never came off the car the manager said she had to re enter the information in the computer I understand policies but people work hard for their money and anytime you have car trouble you want that comfort in not dealing with shady people I ask why was it So urgent for me to get here if nothing changed from our phone call the manager said I had to get you in to stop my guy from working on the car I said you couldn't have done all this over the phone I came assuming I would get a cash refund she told me I meant the credit I mean I would have been comfortable being charged 30% in labor getting cash back but a credit and 30% off for entering information in a computer I really feel I got robbed with no gun read more
