I was happy to pay the delivery charge to have them delivered to my home. I liked the bamboo materials and went ahead to purchase multiple boxes for over 2,400 sq ft. 4. Customer Service: The customer service I encountered was a highlight of the process. Vincent and the sales staff was knowledgeable, professional, very friendly and Central Floors is family owned. They helped me understand things like installation methods, maintenance requirements, and product warranties. 5. Delivery and Installation: I opted for professional installation, as I wanted everything to be done correctly and efficiently. The installer I hired at that time before the purchase arrived on time, and the entire process was completed in a few days. 6. Durability and Maintenance: Now that the floors are in place, I can confidently say that they're holding up well. The hardwood looks amazing and adds warmth to all the rooms downstairs. Final Thoughts: Overall, my experience purchasing flooring materials was very positive. I'm happy with my choices, from both an aesthetic and functional standpoint. BUYER BEWARE! Two years ago, we ordered exotic flooring that came from China which doesn't cure the wood like it is done in the US. 2 months ago, the wood appeared to showing termite damage and you could see the dust appearing all over the floor in the entire room. We called out 3 exterminators who all confirmed that they were not termites and we actually BEETLES THAT WERE DORMANT IN THE WOOD FOR 2 YEARS!! These beetles can lay dormant for up to 4 years. We reached out to the owners of Central Floors who were very uncooperative. They told us to sue the installer and hung up on us multiple times without giving their name. We asked them to come and look at it and they were not willing. Not their problem was their attitude. We are now going to have to spend ~$10,000 to not only remove the bugs but also remove and redo all of the flooring. read more

We're looking for a red oak and they had probably the best selection of red oak at great prices with the best thickness in terms of wear layer. When our wood floor installer asked us to go to Central Floor to pick out the material and color we want, it was our first visit there. When we walked in, I noticed it appeared to be a smaller family owned business. The front office person showed us the choices and gave explanation of differences in material, manufacturing engineering process, and thickness of floor wood. There was never any high pressure of selling; he left us alone to compare and decide. When we finished selection, we were given a price quote, but he also asked if We needed matching molding and other things. It was a positive experience for us although there are lots of stores selling wood floor material. This one is good for people, who like to shop with ease. read more

I own a hard wood floor installation company and regretably used some of the products central sales on the surface they look like a good choice but 4 years later my customer calls me with a beattle problem i contacted them as my supplier and got brushed off. my contractor sent me to this place to purchase hardwood floors. they did have good price but part of my order was messed up multiple times with wrong color, material, and width/height. so my floors ended up taking 3 weeks longer to complete. we scheduled our move in based on their original committed date and ended up living with incomplete floors which was not pleasant esp with young kids at home.. they also took a long time sending me the refund check after my contractor returned all the leftover unopened boxes of material. i would rather pay a little more for better customer service and on time delivery of materials. read more

Vince is very knowledgeable and patient to help us to choose the material and color. He is an honest person. He also gave us good price for such beautiful and good quality of floor. Our two remodel contractors were very picky about lamination materials quality. For example, when we bought Brazil cherry wood floor from other store; they said there were three frauds. 1. Both ends are different sizes. 2. The long and short sides are not 90 degrees. 3. The surface finish is too brittle so that the surface can be damaged easily during installation. Most of our floor use Brazil cherry wood. We have one down stair room that we want to use lamination floor. We never thought it took us three times of change to get it right. First time, when our contractors bought the floor from the other store and completed 60% of flooring, we did not like the floor pattern and color. We removed all floor. The second time, my contractor did not like the floor we bought from the second store because the lamination joint is Uniclic, American lamination floor joint design. We wasted partial of materials. The third time, we bought the lamination floor (Natural Mahogany) with water proof protection from Central Floor. My contractors originally scheduled 2 days for 360 sf flooring. They finished in one day. They like this material very much because they are not only easy to put together, but also locked each other very well. Their color and surface finish look really nice too. They told me this is the best lamination floor design and color in their more than decade's experience. They want to recommend the floor to their clients. Definitely our whole family loves this lamination flooring very much. Although we wasted lots of materials and labor, in the end it worth all the effort for the changes. Central Floor's return policy is easy too. We really appreciate Vince. He made me very easy for my purchase and extra two boxes return. read more
