I worked with Serena for a year and a half when my parents began their downsizing journey from a 4500 sq ft home, to an 1800 sq ft cottage. She then drove alll the way back to cambria to meet the moving trucks and prepare for the estate sale that followed. She then came BACK to move my parents into their new home, unpacked every box and put everything away and even hung the art and pictures.
