This company is top notch…read more I stopped by to see if there was anything they could do to "liven" up the factory system in my wife's Cadillac Escalade Platinum without breaking the bank. I explained what we were looking for and they more than met our expectations. They provided us with a good, better, best option and after listening to them, we felt confident to turn the keys over and let them do what they do. All I can say is wow, or rather WOW! End product in my wife's Cadillac not only sounds a 100 times better than factory, but the elegance in which they built it blended in perfectly with the interior and class the Escalade demands. We really enjoyed working with them on my wife's project so much, I'm having them "game-plan" on my car. (i'll write another review and pics once it's done) Listen, if you: 1. He replaced the whole unit which has 2 year warranty, since then the problem was fixed, but it cost me the $$ for the relay. He could have just changed the unit per warranty but not. O well...

They have a little waiting room, which was clean and comfortable, with a TV and a little heater/fireplace for the winter. I came in to have an alarm installed with sensors. I've been here years before with my old car and they did great work then too, so I felt confident coming back. The alarms they use are high quality and work very well. The installation itself was very professionally done, and the alarm works exactly as I wanted, it's very sensitive and reliable, which gives me great Peace of Mind, especially with all the break ins that have been happening in the neighborhood recently. The guy who worked on our car was friendly and the receptionist was friendly as well. They did have to special order a part because the tilt sensor module didn't fit our car, so we had to wait an extra 1-2 weeks. Once the part came in, he installed it very quickly. Their prices are very fair, we called a couple of other shops and they were definitely more expensive compared to Bakersfield car and audio. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

That said, the initial installation of my $1,000 bed cover felt rushed given the hourly labor cost. The fitment wasn't quite right at first and one side of the seal was pinched. I also noticed an impact was used on the rails, which are known to be sensitive to over-torque and can crack easily. While the pinched seal was corrected, I would have preferred more care taken from the start. I don't think they do bad work, but the shop's pace is faster than I personally prefer. For future work, I'd likely look for a shop that prioritizes a bit more attention to detail.

Jesus responded immediately with an initial quote then asked for specific car details to finalize our quote. He came back with a clarified quote, but was still less than another big box auto service store who later responded on Yelp. He came out to our rental and though he had to adjust his arrival time, he came out and was super quick, clean and professional, clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the part then made sure all indicator messages were cleared. I am so grateful he was not only affordable and professional but that he was available to work on this on a weekend when everything else was closed, making it extremely convenient and also helping us get back on our way to the airport on Monday!!
