So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!-- that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said "no charge" !!! I gave her some "cross Pennie's" I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. I picked up the car after being sent out 3 times to find it ,finally finding in a bay in the furthest building away from the office. The man in charge asked me "Whats it doing in there" my reply was idiot don't know I don't work here". I traveled up to NE and a week later my battery died ,when AAA came the battery posts came right off and he told me that's what killed your battery and had to purchase another. I still like the place but something seems to be slipping in the service and I hope they can fix it before it's too late.

I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.

For a first time customer, you need to know to park your vehicle by the entrance to the office. They appear to service the fleets for a number of businesses, so the parking area around the garage is most always full. Don't park in front of the entrance to the work bays. They don't schedule appointments. I show up at 7 am, when they open, and over a five year period they have always completed my service by close of business that day. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, but that has been my experience. When parts are needed, they often arrive in the afternoon. They will call you when the vehicle is ready for pick up. To me their pricing is fair and honest. I want quality work and I'm willing to pay for it. A friend of mine suspected her dealership was overcharging her and asked if I knew of a good mechanic. I took her to Voigt's and they were able to perform the work for much less. They are a good place to go, if you want a second opinion. Voigt's pointed out to me that my truck has a broken bolt on my exhaust, so there is an exhaust leak until things warm up. They said it really didn't hurt anything, so it's a repair that I am choosing to put off. As to my reviews always being positive. For a number of years I benefited from the reviews of others and found places I would have never know existed otherwise. Then I decided to submit reviews. I use Yelp to find good places to try. I figure that's what you are looking for too. You're not looking for a bad experience, but we all experience bad ones from time to time. It could be my bad day and not theirs. I initially brought my vehicle to your service center due to a "Restricted Performance" warning light and noticeable shaking while driving. Despite having the car for over a week, the only test driving conducted was reportedly "around the block," and I was told the issue could not be replicated. Nevertheless, I was presented with a list of $6,600 in unrelated repairs, for which I paid $2,400 out of pocket after my insurance covered a portion. Shortly after retrieving the car, the same warning light came back on immediately, and the shaking persisted -- clearly indicating that the original issue had not been addressed at all. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the matter would be resolved, but instead, a second insurance claim was filed, and I was forced to pay an additional $200 deductible, even though the issue was the exact same one that prompted the original service visit. This appears to be a clear mishandling of the diagnostic process and possibly an abuse of the insurance claim system. This situation is unacceptable. At minimum, I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the $200 deductible paid for the second claim, as the issue was never resolved from the first. 2. A thorough explanation of why the original problem was not properly addressed or diagnosed, despite the time the vehicle was in your possession. 3. Assurance that the vehicle will be repaired correctly without any further out-of-pocket expense on my part. 4. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which handles auto repair disputes) and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for a possible insurance claim abuse investigation. I expect a timely and professional resolution. Please respond within 10 business days to avoid further escalation. This situation raises a few red flags: * Poor diagnostic procedure -- A quick drive around the block isn't enough for intermittent or performance-related issues, especially with modern vehicles. * Potential insurance mishandling -- Filing a second claim and requiring another deductible for the same issue sounds questionable, especially if it's a continuation of the first claim. * Lack of accountability -- They didn't take responsibility for failing to address the core issue in the first place.
