The facility is well laid out and inviting. Check. Staff knowledgeable. Check. Loaner cars available when booked in advance. Check. Like every repair shop you'll ever work with you drop off for something specific and their job is to find work; more work means revenue. We all get that, but a difference here. They'll tell you what they found/saw and suggest that at some point in the not-too-distant future you'll want to remind them to look again. A soft-sell that works!! Kudos.     I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues…read morewith my vehicle and the way my case has been handled by both your service department and the insurance claim process. I initially brought my vehicle to your service center due to a "Restricted Performance" warning light and noticeable shaking while driving. Despite having the car for over a week, the only test driving conducted was reportedly "around the block," and I was told the issue could not be replicated. Nevertheless, I was presented with a list of $6,600 in unrelated repairs, for which I paid $2,400 out of pocket after my insurance covered a portion. Shortly after retrieving the car, the same warning light came back on immediately, and the shaking persisted -- clearly indicating that the original issue had not been addressed at all. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the matter would be resolved, but instead, a second insurance claim was filed, and I was forced to pay an additional $200 deductible, even though the issue was the exact same one that prompted the original service visit. This appears to be a clear mishandling of the diagnostic process and possibly an abuse of the insurance claim system. This situation is unacceptable. At minimum, I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the $200 deductible paid for the second claim, as the issue was never resolved from the first. 2. A thorough explanation of why the original problem was not properly addressed or diagnosed, despite the time the vehicle was in your possession. 3. Assurance that the vehicle will be repaired correctly without any further out-of-pocket expense on my part. 4. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which handles auto repair disputes) and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for a possible insurance claim abuse investigation. I expect a timely and professional resolution. Please respond within 10 business days to avoid further escalation. This situation raises a few red flags: * Poor diagnostic procedure -- A quick drive around the block isn't enough for intermittent or performance-related issues, especially with modern vehicles. * Potential insurance mishandling -- Filing a second claim and requiring another deductible for the same issue sounds questionable, especially if it's a continuation of the first claim. * Lack of accountability -- They didn't take responsibility for failing to address the core issue in the first place.

    I took my wife's car to Happy Wallet because of their inexpensive oil change specials. Though we…read morehad an appointment we were told it was going to be approximately an hour and a half wait. This seemed like an unusually high amount of time for an oil change for someone who had an appointment. But we waited. Finally, the car was brought back to us with a laundry list of repairs they said it needed. We refuse the repairs, paid the bill and drove it home. The next day we started noticing oil spots underneath the car. At first, I thought maybe this was just residual oil that spilled on the frame or something with the oil change but as time continued, the spots kept getting bigger and bigger. See the picture below. Finally we took it to our mechanic to see what was the issue. He reported that first of all the wrong size oil filter was used on her vehicle. Secondly, when he removed that filter, he found where they had tightened it with probably a metal tool and put a small hole into the filter. This was the cause of the leak. The fix was in essence another oil change using the correct filter. We also had him go over the list of suggested repairs. He found no other issues with the vehicle. In full disclosure, Happy Wallet did refund what they charged me for the oil change. It was a nice gesture, but still didn't cover the time, diagnostic, and repair fees of my mechanic and what could've been catastrophic damage to my wife's engine. **Note** I was willing to give Happy Wallet a second chance. I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change with Gloria for July 8th at 10:00 AM. Imagine my disbelief when I walked in and they couldn't find me on the schedule. I was told I could wait an hour and a half or come back at a later time. I just turned and walked out.

I took a GMC Savana To get it fixed they said it was fine…read moreand they charged me, then I called and it was the same they told me that the transmission didn't work I paid 7,800.00 to fix it and when I went to pick it up the supposed Honest man from Ricardo told me He told me to sell the van at CarMax and that there was no transmission when I took the van home the same thing happened and with the door banged since I didn't trust Ricardo anymore he started calling me every day because he had an open claim but since I didn't trust him anymore He seems to me to be a person who wants to make you believe what he says and that shows the kind of person he is. No one ever visits this workshop, stay away from this thief person. If there is something I learned from my experience with this workshop, it is that this type of people is better off giving a review so that no one else gets robbed. He ended up threatening me that if I did a review I would be taxed. to sue for defamation... but please, no one trusts that this person is a high-level thief... Ricardo said he not give any money back. I take my van to a better workshop i they charge less money for new Transmission... I give zero- to this Ricardo
