Andrew was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure I was safe. Of the 5 ppl I spoke with that evening he was the only person asking if I was ok. Andrew is an asset to your company. We weren't informed of the paperwork needed so we ended up having to come back. He got his vehicle and it was damaged. They towed it when he had the emergency brake engaged and now it does not work. NEGLIGENT. We called to let them know and they said they used dollies. If they did it properly we wouldn't have had an issue - the brake worked just fine prior to this. See you in court.
