Our power bill is considerably lower and it is so quiet, we never hear it come on and you can not hear it blowing through the ducts. Rusty and his crew were awesome. They came, they conquered, and no charge. A month later, the furnace sparked. It is a 3 coil electric and 1 coil had burned out right through. So we are now on a 2 element heater until a new one can be found. Apparently a heater for a mobile home is difficult to find. The original was a Coleman and parts or replacement are not available. So they are currently searching for good replacement. I am particular about brands and will be picky about what they can find. So as of today. This company is outstanding. Friendly, prompt, courteous. Have some good people working there.

They accomplished the task in a day, and a couple techs were willing to stay well into the evening to make sure every aspect of the new system was functional and that we were trained on how it worked. They scheduled a follow-up visit for a few days after the installation, because after we lived with it for a few days they wanted to see how everything was working and answer any questions we had. We also received a follow-up call a month after the installation to hear what we thought of the new system. Their employees were polite and respectful of us and our property. I admit we had sticker shock on the price of the complete new unit, but they were competitve with other companies.
