We were able to promptly and efficiently schedule the service. On the day of the service, the detailer, Keith reached out to me to let me know he was on his way. While en route, Keith kept me consistently informed about his ETA. When Keith arrived, he let me know he was on site. I met him outside, and he promptly got to work. Fantastic! I called Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for the next morning! My 2015 van was extremely dirty, and the carpeting was covered with dog hair. Now it is clean and waxed, and it looks great, outside and inside.
