My wife & I moved in last month and here are my thoughts: Overall: 8/10 Service: 8/10 employees are incredibly kind and responsive. They will solve problems within 24 hours or get back to you within 24 hours about the timeline they put together on when it will be resolved. Setting: 7/10 this is perfectly situated in Beaverton. So close to everything you would ever need (1 mi to Costco, 4 other grocery chains, restaurants, Max station, biking trails etc). Only draw backs: SW Millikan Way can be loud / busy. The gym is pretty small (2 bikes, 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 1 stair master, weights, 1 bench, yoga balls, mats, bands) Apartment: 9/10 clean, can't hear neighbors, beautiful modern kitchen, lots of counter space, wood fire place, lots of windows. read more

My partner and I moved into Center Pointe just a month ago and are absolutely loving it. The apartment itself is amazing, but above that the staff has been wonderful- from the front office to the maintenance and landscaping crew. If you are considering residency here or even as a financial investor, I would seriously reconsider Center Pointe Apartments as your choice. The property management and the community manager Michael Sung should be investigated for their unethical behavior, illegal behavior, and conduct here. Michael Sung, the community manager of the complex has repeatedly violated residents tenants rights personally here. They have violated federal, state and city ADA laws repeatedly and ongoing. Michael Sung was witnessed and documented with one of their own vehicles parked and FULLY BLOCKING THE ONLY DISABLED PARKING SPOT and cross walk in front of the leasing office. Michael Sung also has repeatedly parked their vehicle at the front office in leasing parking in ways that obstructed most of the sidewalk too. They also have allowed repeated sidewalk obstructions to occur here too in the same ways. The management and staff, over and over, has allowed hired third party contractors to park IN disabled spots without permits, AND hired contractors also BLOCK disabled parking spots and the white line extension for the entirety of their work shifts. When we had a series of back to back MAJOR contractor errors occur while living here, they were handled abysmally by management AND staff. One serious contractor worker negligence error we encounter here resulted in hired contractors putting a HOLE THROUGH OUR WALL-- with a power tool while I actively watched SPARKING coming into our living room from the hole by the power tool they created. This was a serious fire and safety risk for us that Management and staff handled HORRIBLY throughout getting this fixed and resolved. Michael Sung AND HIS STAFF had the most unprofessional responses to our situation which went on for WEEKS during the peak heat middle of summer. When work began outside our building, They never told us the work would be as extensive as it was. We were told in email only by staff that it would be MINOR REPAIRS to the outside of the building done. What we experienced was major work of contractors tearing out wood, wood rot, insulation, and all building material debris as it seeped into our CLOSED living room windows and into our apartment. We had to ASK the workers to stop and then had to ask maintenance to help clean up the huge mess this all blew all over our patio too, right next to one of our active air conditioning unit in the living room. Michael was not in the office, The office staff did not apologize once, and When Michael returned days later he acted as if he was going to do the right thing. we had some hope, but that hope quickly dwindled. During this horrible experience, Michael repeatedly dodged our calls and emails when trying to get help for these serious the ongoing contractor issues outside our apartment. Calls went unanswered back. Emails left without response. With their apathy mode on the highest setting. When we had to escalate this situation above Michael, because we were getting no help, we were told we would be given other contact info in the company for help. We asked repeatedly for that information for two weeks and Michael Sung and no other employee we talked to in their systems ever gave us the other contact info we needed. We had to contact the Broker on Record of Sequoia Equities and explained the seriousness of the situation. Then, ONLY THEN, did we finally have someone reach out to "help" us. --the staff even physically handed hired third party contractors that were hours late to an appointment for us during this time the KEY copy to our apartment to come over to finish the inside of the repairs. This terrible situation greatly exacerbated our serious health conditions, and made our actual apartment hardly viable to live in for a month. This apartment complex has potential, but it will not get better with management and staff behaving like this and getting away with their atrocious conduct. Property management and the staff--including and especially Yvette, ruin the potential here. They have superior attitudes, they do not care about their own serious errors or holding themselves accountable. They treat disabled people disposable and like trash here too. We pay our rent on time, and this still has been just SOME of our worst experiences here. If you are not disabled, don't have health conditions, and/or never really at home much, this apartment complex might be for you. If you don't care how you are treated here by management and staff when the going gets tough, this complex might be for you. If you have minimal problems ever occur here and only need SURFACE help for things, you might experience decency from the staff, maybe even professionalism. If anything happens here that requires management or staff to take accountability, especially of their own actions, GOOD LUCK. read more

I have lived at Center Pointe Apartments for about 5 years now, and just renewed for another year! I appreciate the nice updated interiors, they have a more upscale look than other apartments I have lived at in the past. Leasing staff is always friendly and helpful when I need them, and maintenance is always completed very quickly upon request. I have really been loving the newer Parcel Pending lockers for secure package delivery. I feel like management looks for ways to update and improve the living experience here. I have enjoyed my time here and definitely plan on staying for the foreseeable future! read more

I have been living at Center Pointe for just under a year and I love it!  We moved here from the East Coast and worked with the leasing office to rent an apartment, sight unseen.  Richard from the leasing office helped us with this and he was a really good communicator which helped a lot since we were moving from across the country.  I've lived, and rented in several states and I have to say my experience here has been my favorite.  The maintenance team is very helpful and kind, the leasing office has the best community team Ive ever experienced, and the neighborhood is really nice.  If I wasn't moving back home I would definitely stay here another year.  Regarding our actual living experience - The neighbors have been really nice, Ive never had any experiences with roaches or other pests, the area is very quiet and calm.  I work from home and I never have any issues with loud neighbors or construction.  Parking is plentiful.  There is a bike garage where residents can safely put their bikes.  The MAX train is only a 15 minute walk away which makes getting around really easy.  Overall I like it and Im glad I got to spend a year here. read more

I lived here for 14 months from Nov 2022-January 2024. I have mixed feelings but I'll start with the positives. The staff has always been friendly and helpful as well as responsive. They're on top of maintaining landscaping and building exterior which is always nice. Paying rent is simple through the resident portal. The pool area was so nice to have over the summer. It was relatively peaceful living here. On the other hand, some of the maintenance done in the apartment gives off "landlord special" vibes. Jammed windows, janky weatherstrips and screen door, little stuff like that. One of the master bedroom windows broke and remained broken for months with promises of the glass company coming to fix it but never did. When we moved in the deck was significantly slanted. They started repairs for this in the spring and lasted roughly a month. During this time our patio door was boarded up and obviously we didn't have any access to the patio or storage closet and we pretty much had no sunlight in the living room/kitchen/dining area. No adjustments were made to our rent to compensate for the inconvenience. These apartments are wildly overpriced as we are now paying about the same rent in a townhome with nearly twice the amount of space, garage and fenced in yard and the exact same amenities. Lastly, after receiving our move out summary we discovered that we not only won't see a cent of our $750 deposit but we still OWED over $600! We were charged $190 cleaning fee despite the fact that I deep cleaned the apartment myself. We were charged $960 for carpet replacement. Full transparency there were 2 small spots on the carpet where our at the time puppy chewed but could have easily just been repaired. In response to my questions about the charges they sent back photos of the carpet pulled up revealing stain marks on the back side. So don't you dare spill anything in your own home god forbid. The response I got also suggested that they did me a favor because they "should have charged me more". Maybe in someone's world this is fair but in my eyes this is absolutely ridiculous. Ultimately, center pointe is the perfect example of corporate greed and wants to take every penny they can get from you. Good riddance. read more

The team here is really nice and the leasing process is simple. There were some issues with the unit but the maintenance staff has always been quick and Chanelle in the office is awesome. Overall, I'd say it's pretty nice. *Where I would caution prospective renters*-- I have asked management for months to clear up an issue with another tenant who seems to live/work from their garage unit. This issue is annoying because every time I leave or come home I am stared at by the garage owner and their miscellaneous guests. I raised these concerns to management noting that there men at the unit all hours of the day & night/ presence of weapons at times/ junk piled outside of the unit into common areas/ increased opportunity for crime/ decreased curb appeal and quality of life for other tenants/etc. yet the issue persists. Management continues to reassure yet nothing changes. I chose Center Pointe due to good management reviews but their lack of action has been nothing short of disappointing. read more

Please, please do not move here. We moved here from Las Vegas and were SO excited to start our journey in Oregon and it has been an absolute nightmare. I have never been so stressed out in life (We were essentially homeless for a month because of Sequoia/Center Pointe's incompetence) Our unit got unbearably hot even with AC and fans blasting all day. It even got hot on days where it was 60 degrees outside. It would go up to 75-80 degrees inside due to poor insulation and shoddy window construction in addition to terrible unit placement and design choices. No thought was put into the construction of this complex. When it got to 90 outside don't even think of staying there. You'd probably pass out from heatstroke, and I'm not kidding. They are very nice in the beginning but as soon as anything goes wrong they will NOT help you out, and NOT make sure that your home is habitable. They offered us nothing to make our apartment better, and no options of places to move. When we mentioned the conditions to them, the first thing they told us was to get AC. As if we didn't already try that. We bought a powerful portable AC unit before summer started, expecting some warmer days. Not dangerous and unlivable. After quite a bit of back and forth over a few weeks, they decided to not help us and charge us a lease break fee for leaving while explaining to us we should just get a fan and AC again. They are incredibly condescending and downright disrespectful. Do they really think that someone from Las Vegas would not know how to cool down a home?! We tried everything to make the apartment livable. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Made me physically ill when I was in the unit due to beginning signs of heat exhaustion. If we hadn't gotten a hotel room for the month - it likely would have been way worse. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you DO decide to move here even after seeing this review - under no circumstances should you do a 3rd floor unit. They should not be allowed. read more

We need a place in short notice and my brother used to live in Center Point. We took the first unit they show us and finish everything online in a day. Their Online paperless application make everything so easy for all your rental. No paper file need. The Leasing office people are friendly, helpful but professional too. Richard is always there to help us for everything. He is very efficiency. In general the team work on site are very friendly. Whatever I see landscaper or housekeeper on site they always smile and say hi to me. They have beautiful, modern clubhouse connect with the leasing office. When I just move in my apartment don't have internet so I will work from the club house. There is kitchen, living room, entertainment center, meeting room very comfortable. read more

It's safe and reliable. And the area has great places to go for walks during the summer. It's beautiful here! Beautiful, clean, quiet, super dog friendly, great walking trails nearby, friendly and hard working staff....must I go on? Living here has been a pleasure if not just for the wonderful maintenance and front desk staff, but for the proximity to the max station and the wetlands walking area. Richard, the assistant community manager, no matter what he is doing always takes the time to chat with myself and my partner. Not to mention he always wears the most stylish clothes, seriously! It makes me so happy to see the flair he brings to our community, it also makes him easy to spot and feel like another human being as opposed to an office drone. Can't say enough good things about him and honestly, I have not had 1 bad interaction with any staff which is kind of blowing my mind thinking about it now. Very much enjoy living here! I am a new resident living here for almost two months. We are in a newly renovated 2bed 2bath on the third floor. I naïvely thought at first that it would be a big party. Always hanging with neighbors. Although the staff is VERY welcoming and extremely nice, I sort of forget that this is not college dorm. It is a nice quiet simple community. Lots of different doggies around. Easy to get to recycle area. A COOL FEATURE is we use a valet trash service. What that means is someone comes and picks up your trash right outside your door five days a week! Very nice to just put the trash outside and not worry about it. LOTS OF PARKING Which is unreal convenient. At first we were going to pay for a parking spot but we are finding success with the free spots. Easy for people visiting us to find spots as well. Very much recommend this community! Come for a visit! It's worth it. read more

So, we have lived here for 2+ years now. Through the Pandemic and everything this place was wonderful. The whole staff are hard working and responsove, we love the maintenance guys Sid and Josue, and the Office staff Richard and David are just great. Richard always is walking the property checking on everything and saying hello. Requests are done same day or next. Just a great, clean, quiet place to live. There are numerous walk able trails and wetlands nearby, and really close to the Max stop for easy access to Portland proper. read more

I love this property! I met with Chanell. She answered all my questions and really made feel at home during the entire process. When a unit became available I was out of state. Chanell went and took photos of my unit and extended my rent rate a few days out for when I returned. After my first month I had an emergency and decided to give up my unit. Chanell was very very supportive. Her and the others made my move a very easy and stress free process. I cant express enough how much the team went out of their way to help me. Even though my time at Center Pointe was short I really loved my apartment and the staff team and have high expectations moving forward when renting. read more

Was going to leave this review up as a 2-star, maybe even raise it to a higher score, but nope!--this morning, someone from front office, WITHOUT even speaking to me at all over the phone or in email, decides they want to move forward on the application I had sent over, and they're quick to start demanding income verification. Good god, the sales process at Center Pointe is so broken if you're so quick to take prospective residents' money without even saying a word to them. So yes, Center Pointe, you fully deserve a 1-star review in my book now. ORIGINAL REVIEW: "Meh, I've experienced better" nicely sums it up. Tried calling yesterday to Center Pointe twice, couldn't get a hold of anyone. Also tried emailing through the website contact form. Called today, 9 times (so far) in a 2.5 hour time period, still not able to get a hold of someone. Called the central office, was told maybe they're on-site doing tours and that they had availability at 10:30 AM PST. Called at 10:30 AM PST, no one picked up then. So... On a Wednesday, the front office is understaffed? On a whim, I checked jobs on Indeed for this property (Center Pointe, managed by Sequoia Equities). No jobs available, so they're likely "fully staffed". OK, so at full-staff, Sequoia can't take phone calls nor emails? On a Wednesday? That is not reassuring to me. If the pre-sales engagement is already taking more than 2.5 hours (and still no human response) then I dread what maintenance and standard service requests look like here. So on a whim, I figured, hmm... Maybe someone at Center Pointe will bite if I apply for an apartment, drop the application fee and effectively spend money. "Money talks", right? Nope. Even after submitting the application fee, I waited 30 minutes, tried calling front office, now I'm getting busy tones. Called corporate office, who explained maybe the on-site team is busy doing tours. Again, if on a Wednesday you have no one at front office dedicated to taking inbound inquiries and a separate team doing site tours, then your property management group must be really cheap. Unfortunately, I'll taking my money to Greystar or Avenue5 or any of the other property management groups that will actually get some traction going with the customer. What a shame, I really liked Sequoia's properties here in California like Alize in Aliso Viejo, but this Beaverton property experience (JUST from a pre-sales standpoint) has been such a disappointment. I moved to Oregon 15 months ago for work, and had to secure a place to live sight unseen. I worked with Richard over the phone and he was very helpful, and even though setting everything up necessitated a lot of back-and-forth, he was very responsive throughout the process, and everything was set before I drove out here. When I arrived my apartment was not very clean, and a little rough around the edges. However, I wasn't worried because of the reputation Center Pointe had online - as well as my experience with Richard so far. He and David did not disappoint, and we worked everything out both amicably and satisfactorily. This was the only non-maintenance issue I had in 15 months living here, and it was handled very well. Nothing/nobody is perfect, and how we respond when things are not perfect says the most about us. Five stars. Now, I am moving to another state again, and sad to be leaving Center Pointe which has been - by far and away - the best experience I've ever had with an apartment complex and staff (Josue has also been top notch with taking care of any maintenance issues, promptly). I've been working with Richard again while getting everything sorted with my new apartment as well as getting everything taken care of here, and he has been phenomenal through this process as well. I can't say enough good things about him and the whole team here. If I move back to this area in the future, I'm glad to know I have a great place to look forward to. read more

I stayed at Center Pointe for 6 years after I moved to Oregon for my job. Worked for Nike so being within walking distance was great. plus close to the Max for quick trips to downtown PDX or over to the airport when I had travel for work. It is a very well kept complex. Also I was in building 12 facing towards the nature areas, so very quiet (with the exception of the haunted house over by KMart during Halloween LOL). Rich and Jen were amazing to work with and always on top of any questions I had. With me gone over half of the time and up to 4 weeks at a time, they were great partners for anything that came up when I was on the road. The facitilies team was incredible. and any issues I had were dealt with quickly. I was annoyed by the rate increases the last 2 years before I left (13% each years) but that is the market right now in the PDX area. the last year before I left was definitely back to a realistic level. definitely check out the sushi place just a block away. one of those places where the plated go on a belt around the place. great prices and even better sushi! I would absolutely recommend this complex for anyone looking in the area. read more

My wife and I moved to center Pointe apartments about two years ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Something that makes this apartment complex stand out more than anywhere else is Rich! He is the assistant community manager here and let me tell you something! He has been the most welcoming, caring, sweetest person anyone could ask for! He takes the time to understand what you need and will do what he can to help. He even remembers who I am and what unit I am in! I absolutely love living in these apartments for so many reasons. The community is nice, quiet, and safe. The units are spacious and feel like home. The amenities are outstanding here. Rich just so happens to be the cherry on top! We are very lucky to have him working here! read more

Wow... I. AM. APPALLED. I don't even have the energy to type out all of the details involved here so I will share the BIG ONE'S that are still apparently impacting me now. I can't decide if I'm happy that other people have had the same MAJORLY F*&#ED UP ISSUES or if I'm angry as hell... Probably both. I'm not a fan of posting negative reviews (coming from someone who's impacted heavily by reviews both positive and negative) but this place warrants the WARNING. Here is my most recent e-mail (3rd attempt to get someone to communicate with me INCLUDING phone calls and going there in person). I was told that "Rich" would be the new person to contact: This e-mail was sent 11/19/2017 and was proceeded by 7-8 other attempts... Hi Rich, My name is ***** and I was a previous tenant for about a year and a half at Center Pointe two years ago. I have had an on-going issue with a disputed amount of money I was/am told I owe, which is now in the hands of a collections agency. The final week of May, 2015 I stopped into the office and filled out my 30 day notice to vacate the apartment on June 2nd, 2015 when my lease was up. I had a very demanding work schedule and I specifically recall sitting at the first desk in the office before I went in to work to fill out the form since it had to be returned hand-written and signed. I have since been passed around by multiple people the following months who were unable to answer my questions or help. One of the individuals I spoke with even stated that it could have been misplaced due to a transition in management immediately after I left? I discovered that was the case when I was unable to track down anyone I had previously worked with. I am now being told that I owe rent in the amount of $1,399.87 for June 1st, 2015, $103 pro rated amount for July (when I had already moved to seattle and been out for a month), a damage fee of $100, a cleaning fee of $195, a key fee of $75, along with three separate charges for electricity posted on July 2nd for $69.07, $20.66, and $108.21, as well as a final electricity bill for $33.42 on July 1st. I have e-mail correspondence between me and the office as well as my mother, who was helping me at the time due to a very bad back injury that left me unable to fully clean the apartment and remove the sofa, stating some specifics regarding my moving out. (the place was left in FANTASTIC shape considering my inability to clean... my family/friends still helped in this regard). At this point I am prepared to pay the pro-rated amount for June 1st-2nd, the cleaning and damage fee with proof of what was damaged, as well as the key replacement fee despite the fact that the apartment instructed me to leave the keys in the apartment once I had vacated, which I did. Can you please provide me with the following documents/proof: - A copy of the lease signed including what was paid as a deposit when I initially moved in. - Proof of my final month's rent paid on the lease. - Proof of damage to the apartment after vacancy. - Breakdown of electricity charges that were posted in July. I recently moved into Centre Point Apartments in the month of August. Before the process started, Ricard Rogers, the Assistant Community Manager, was a huge help. He assisted us in the application and even helped us get our complicated swinging bench to the balcony. Since I have moved in, I have truly enjoyed my time living here. Jenn and Ricard are the best leasing office staff I've ever had. The office is open seven days a week and always there when needed. The community itself is quite and peaceful. I have not encountered any issues while living here. I can't wait to see what the rest of my stay will be like in these next months to come. I 100% recommend anyone to move here! I'm back living in an apartment after 7 years in a single family home and I couldn't be happier with Center Pointe! Richard Rogers was my point of contact and gave me a great virtual tour, patiently answered my many questions, was easily accessible and knowledgeable during the leasing and move in process, and has been a friendly and helpful face ever since. The complex is well maintained and the amenities are clean and very enjoyable. I don't know if the sound-proofing is top notch or if my neighbors are just quiet, but I rarely hear any ambient noise. The location of this complex is amazing--within walking distance of Tualatin Hills Nature Park and the Beaverton Creek Wetlands, and easy driving distance to lots of stores and restaurants. read more

No apartment is perfect, but I've got to give the awesome team at the leasing office here five stars. My husband works in property management, so I know how annoying it could be to get a slew of petty complaints every day by residents. The main complaint I ever had was regarding our noisy upstairs neighbors. David, Rich and Jenn proactively helped mitigate the situation. No matter how stressful, they always managed to stay professional and friendly - you can definitely count on them! I get a kick out of reading my 1 star reviews every once in a while. And guess what!! I have to share how the battle with Center Pointe ended. :) About 2 months ago I was reviewing my credit report. I noticed that Center Pointe was listed as a negative account. Once again, the rage and frustration from 3 years ago resurfaced. I disputed the negative account instantly. About 2 months after that, I called Center Pointe to re-discuss this with them. The pulled up my records and proudly tooted their horns. YEP!! You still owe us for breaking your lease. We had more back and forth until I said, SCREW IT!!!!!!!! ***This conversation was UNDER THE NEW MANAGMEMENT*** I was irate and figured I would call the collection company and just pay the damn thing off since it was negatively impacting my credit report. I had my debit card ready to rock, when I received some of the best news I have ever received from a debt collection company. I OWED NOTHING. NADA! NATHANIEL!! NARDICA!!! They stated that when I disputed the charge, that Center Pointe COULD NOT PROVE that I owed them anything. What's that? Can you repeat that into my good ear? CENTER POINTE COULD NOT PROVE THAT I OWED THEM ANYTHING!!!!! Center Pointe, thank you for jacking up my credit for 3 years when it wasn't even necessary. Been living here for a while now....really don't have too many complaints. No one has had their car broken into while I've been living there, at least not that I've heard of. The maintenance staff is very quick to fix any problems that may come up in your apartment. I like that it's not assigned parking, but if you come back from a late night out, you may have to drive around to find a parking spot. The pool is way too small for an apartment complex of this size, and is usually packed out on the hot days. Staff at the office seems very friendly. After our first year there, our rent went from $868 to $910 for a two bedroom. If they try to jack up the rent another $40 this year we are definitely moving. They don't pay for water, sewer, or garbage so expect an additional $60-$90 added to your rent each month for that. It's been like... nearly a couple decades since I've lived in an apartment. Okay, maybe not THAT long, but pretty close. We're currently at Centerpointe while our new home is being built. YEEHAW! Sorry for the outburst. Centerpointe is, as I see it, perfectly fine living. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment that's hovering around 1k square feet. It's on the bottom floor, away from the sun, so it'll be cool when it gets warm this summer. IF it ever gets warm this summer, jeezus. They allow month-to-month rental contracts with entirely reasonable rates, and they allow pets (with a monthly deposit). Plenty of parking, too, at least on our side of the building. As D and A below pointed out, the maintenance staff deserves kudos for their speed and quality. Within 2 weeks we've had to contact them twice for 2 separate issues, and both issues were resolved within 1 business day after contacting them. Good stuff. Consider Centerpointe if you're looking for an apartment over on the west side of town! read more

I enjoy living in Center Pointe Apartments. It's not only a very nice place to live, clean, quiet, nice walking routes nearby, it is also located very strategically close to the Max, and in close proximity to a ton of stores and right in-between Intel & downtown Portland. Perfect! read more

My boyfriend and I just moved into Center Pointe a few months ago because we were unsatisfied with our old apartment complex. So far we love it! The moving and leasing process was so easy thanks to the amazing office staff. They are so friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever we have any problems or questions the assistant manager Rich is ALWAYS there to assist us! As for everything else, great new appliances, sturdy walls so you won't be able to hear neighbors, and we even have someone who picks up our trash every night. There is always free parking near our apartment and we have two cars. Overall, highly recommend this apartment complex to live at. read more

Of all the apartment communities, from Portland to Wilsonville, and east to Lake Oswego, this one is a winner. They are managed by Sequoia, which is a much larger company, with properties in Washington, Oregon, and California--This is important, because this means that they have money for sufficient staff, maintenance, and upkeep of community amenities. The place is practically on top of Nike World HQ, right next to a TriMet station, and next to Tualatin Hills Nature Park. There's a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and small gym. There's a clubhouse that's open til 10pm--They have a pool table, fireplace, sofa, TVs, kitchen, coffee maker, and Wifi. In the parking lot, there's a dedicated space to wash your car. There's a trash valet service for $25/month, where you just leave your trashcan at the front door, and someone takes it out for you! We were escaping the woes of Southern California, so we rented our apartment without actually seeing it. Rich and Jenn were super helpful, professional, and patient. Highly recommended! read more

Once moved they made sure I was happy with the apartment. I had a few issues and maintenance was very responsive and everything was fixed. If your looking for a nice, quiet, beautiful, clean and safe place to call home in Beaverton for you and/or your family, look no further, Center Pointe Apartments is where you want to be! My husband and I was very nervous about relocating from Washington, DC to Oregon (job promotion). We flew out here a month prior and scheduled appointments to see five three bedroom apartments. The first apartment was ok but not as kid friendly as we expected. The second apartment was with Center Pointe. We scheduled an appointment with the Assistant Property Manager, Rich. As soon as we finished the tour with Rich we instantly knew Center Pointe was a good fit for our family. I couldn't believe we flew out here and found an apartment so fast! Rich was very nice, welcoming and informative. After our appointment with Rich we cancelled the other three appointments and submitted our application an hour after we left. Needless to say, we got approved the same day. Yay! We've been here for a few months now and love it here. Everyone from the staff to our neighbors have been very nice and welcoming. I'm so glad we chose Center Pointe Apartments. Let me just add that during our process with packing, moving and driving across country, Rich checked on us throughout the whole process. He made sure we we're settled in. He sent us a list of things to do and places to eat. He was very understanding of our situation with needing to move in prior to my husband starting his new job. They even surprised us with a nice welcoming gift. I also want to give a huge THANK YOU and shout the maintenance staff Josue and Sead for finding and returning my Chanel sunglasses I left at the pool a few weeks ago. If u r a person looking for more closets,storage and service then this is the place , although u might want to be sure of the different floor plans and "renovated/classic" stuff before u move in. I love Center Pointe. I relocated to this area from out of state and finding an apartment was so stressful. I wanted something priced well, but also nice, and in a good neighborhood. I called some different complexes where I was simply told "It's nice, you can see it online". That's great, but renting pretty much sight unseen was unnerving. I called Center Pointe expecting a similar experience. Nope . Rich LISTENED to what I wanted in an apartment and looked through his openings until he thought he found "the one", then instead of telling me about it, or referring me to a website he physically went into the apartment and took pictures of the entire place inside and out. He wanted to make sure this was the right place for me. Guess what? It was "the one". He made the leasing process so easy, and even stayed late the night I drove in with all my belongings to ensure that I had the keys and got inside safely. He was key in making this a fantastic experience and building a great relationship. I was wowed. Since I've moved in, I have had nothing but great experiences. From Sed and Jose (sp) in Maintenance who treat me like family, to Jen and my main man Rich in the office who treat me like the crazy neighbor you put up with because she's highly entertaining, to the Manager David who is an all around great guy, Center Pointe is a fabulous place to hang your hat and call home . I am in the process of renting from Center Pointe. And it has been one of the best renting experiences of my life. The people in the office, David, Rich and Jen (I have not met anyone else) have been super sweet and have answered any questions I have had. These are the absolute best places I have seen for the price. I'm still in the leasing process, but I am so excited to live here!
